Top-Floor 2BR: Unobstructed Mtn Views, Walk to Lifts, Pet Friendly

Thank you for leaving us a review, and we're glad to hear you found our place clean, well equipped, and in a good location! We're sorry to hear that you didn’t think our bedrooms suited your needs. We have had many pairs of four (two couples) stay at our condo and they all have shared incredibly positive feedback. We have a very comfortable full size pull out couch in the living room (with plenty of extra sheets and blankets), so that is an option for any couples that don’t want to share the bunk room. We’re also sorry to hear the elevator wasn’t working. We have never heard of this happening before. If you had informed us of this we would have called our building management immediately to ensure it was fixed right away. We’re also sorry to hear that the hot tub wasn’t up to your standards. No other guest have shared that feedback and it has always been incredibly clean and well maintained when we use it, so hopefully this was a one-off issue. We sent you a message during your stay to make sure everything was going well and none of this feedback was shared with us. Had you shared any of this we would have gone above and beyond to make you more comfortable. We always strive to make sure our guests have the best possible experience and we’re very sorry that this stay wasn’t a 5/5 for you.
