Sweeping Mountain Views, Walk to Lifts, Pet Friendly, Close to Town!

Our condo location could not be more perfect! You have easy access to both the Crested Butte mtn base area and the town of Crested Butte. We are located a half a mile from the Crested Butte resort base area. It's a quick 6 minute downhill walk or you can take the free town shuttle that stops right outside the building. The base has loads of restaurants, bars, and shops! We are also just 3 miles from the beautiful town of Crested Butte. To get there, you can drive, take the free shuttle (which stops right outside the building), or enjoy a scenic walk along a safe walking path.

Our condo is on the top floor (no noise) & can be accessed easily by an elevator, has a dreamy mountain-facing view, a hot tub (shared with other units), a well-equipped kitchen, a WFH (work from home) desk setup, free high-speed wifi, a smart TV for streaming services, room darkening shades, extra linens, hair dryer, toiletries, washer/dryer, baby supplies (pack & play, baby bath), loads of board games, and more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and easy experience.

We allow pets with a fee of $50 per pet, but you must gain approval at time of booking. Guests must follow all pet rules. The condo building offers a dog wash station after messy days out in the mountains.

One parking space included with the condo, but it is very easy to get to and from the mountain and the town of CB with the free community shuttle which is located at the base of the property.

As parents of a baby ourselves, our unit offers a pack and play crib, a baby bath, and other essentials that makes traveling with children easier! Plus 3 snow tubes to use for fun family sledding during your stay.

We are very knowledgeable about Crested Butte and go above and beyond to help our guests plan their trips so that they are seeing the best that CB has to offer! Once you book your reservation, we will offer recommendations for anything you may need.

Owners are not on-site but we are available through the VRBO app at any time during your stay. We also have a property manager in the building who is very swift to reply to needs.

Other things to note:
- Pets considered (INQUIRE IN ADVANCE). Damage acknowledgement and $50 fee per pet required. No pets on any furniture. Any fines incurred by owner due to guest's noncompliance of House Rules, Dog Policy or Building Rules will be passed along to guest.
- The unit is not child proof.
- No smoking.
- Please remove your shoes at the entry.
- Upper bunk not suitable for people over 150 pounds
- No parties.
- Check in 3p.m.
- Check out 10 a.m.
- Bear-proof dumpster in the parking lot must always be properly secured.
- The hot tub is for the entire building, therefore, it may be closed at times for cleaning. The host has no control over the timing of cleaning and/or maintenance. Hot tub hours are a strict 10am to 10pm.
