A true bed & breakfast. This little cottage was the perfect weekend home for my family of 4. It’s a slice of nature with easy access to Portland & Oregon City. Great communication from the owners in advance. they made our stay cozy with breakfast prepped for our arrival.

Absolutely beautiful house. The view outside was incredible. Probably the best my wife and I have ever slept on vacation. And a good location to shops and stores. Would stay here again

After a busy week attending a wedding and visiting with family, this was the perfect quiet little hideaway. We enjoyed the amenities and breakfast goodies. While sitting at the table by the window, we saw a hummingbird on the bush by the patio. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We loved out stay!

We greatly enjoyed at the West Linn cottage. The cottage is conveniently located close to shopping, local parks and the highway. The cottage was well stocked, and the hosts were helpful and accommodating. the sitting area behind the cottage was isolated and pretty and a nice place to have breakfast. The area behind the house was wooded. We would definitely consider staying there again

A gem near the city!

What an amazing little cottage! So grateful to have stumbled upon this little gem! The hosts were extremely gracious with extra amenities! A great little spot in a quiet neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer.

Cozy and clean

Clean and perfectly stocked with attention to details to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice touch with the first breakfast and a few snacks to get you by. Great communication for check in/out. Beautiful view of woods and peak at the river below. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and Easy

It had all the basic amenities I could need for an overnight stay with my children (ages 3-7). It’s nice to get a little studio with a refrigerator and a stove. It was comfortable and spacious for a small area.

Great stay

Everything was wonderful and worked out great. The only issue we ran into was poor internet service so tv streaming was slow. We didn’t watch much anyway but that was a minor detail. We also couldn’t figure out how the heater worked above the back door so we just used the mini space heater. The views are amazing and it is super quiet. Thank you!

Single Night Stay

This is a very comfortable cute space! The host is extremely accommodating as well! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. If I end up in the area again I will absolutely book this space!

The perfect landing place

Bolton was the perfect landing place for me and my sister who were in West Linn visiting our dad, who was sadly very ill. We were very grateful to find Bolton with its kitchen and two beds, which was perfect for us. It was sparkling clean and well-stocked with cooking essentials, and we appreciated the breakfast goods provided for our first day since we got in late the night before. Rachel even provided gluten-free bread for us and made up the sofa bed, which was quite comfortable! The patio has an absolutely stunning view, and the home was super peaceful and quiet. Rachel was very kind and responsive, even letting us stay late on our checkout day and showing us incredible kindness and empathy for what we were going through with our dad. She even offered to extend our stay if we needed. Above and beyond! We're already making plans to come back and stay again. Thank you, Rachel, for your kindness - it really meant the world to us during this time <333

Attractive, charming studio cottage, peaceful setting

Unexpectedly beautiful and homey!

We had an amazing stay in this cottage! We came to the area for our wedding and were absolutely astounded by the gorgeous property and the cozy cottage. It was a little tight for 4 people, but we only had the kids there one night, it was a wonderful place to stay for the two of us after a night of wedding craziness! Waking up to all the gorgeous flowers in the private courtyard, having coffee with three hummingbirds, multiple squirrels and some butterflies was an added relaxing bonus to start married life! The hosts were easy to get a hold of, incredibly accommodating and added so many extra personal touches like breakfast, a wedding card and some simple celebratory decor, it made our weekend. The place is also very very clean, and stocked with luxurious linens and multiple pantry staples. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family in the Oregon City area!

Relaxing, quiet, beautiful accommodations

Perfect for what we needed and more

Cute, clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to the park/lake/beach. Having breakfast provided for us 1 day was a nice bonus. It was beautiful sitting out back on the patio. Will definitely book again if we are ever back in this area.

Beautiful setting, lovely stay

We enjoyed a most lovely stay at this property with my two children (teen and young child). It felt safe and clean, was tastefully decorated, and the surrounding greenery and flowers within view added so much to the experience. The host was responsive, polite, and very agreeable. There were workers helping them install pavers in front of the main house; they were respectful and the noise was kept to a minimum
