Imaginez en appréciant le confort et l'intimité de la maison dans l'un des endroits les plus désirables et pratique à Portland. Venez séjourner dans notre magnifiquement construit pour imiter 1912 Craftsman bungalow (maison principale) et profiter de tous Portland a à offrir!

Nous nous sommes concentrĂ©s sur vous offrant le confort de la maison avec nouvelle marque Serta surmatelas queen-size, oreillers de qualitĂ©, et en peluche, des serviettes en coton et des draps. Vous allez en fait de dormir une bonne nuit ici! Notre maison offre la deuxiĂšme place de couchage (futon). La salle de bains et une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e et sont prĂȘts pour un sĂ©jour confortable. Vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre dans notre salon, avec des appareils modernes, et beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle.

Nous offrons un supplément lit pliant bas qui pourra accueillir deux personnes, avec une literie y compris les draps et une couette. Il ya aussi chambre à l'étage pour configurer votre pack-n-play ou un berceau portable (non fourni).

Le quartier

Notre maison est nichée dans un quartier convivial et sécuritaire. Profitez de courtes promenades au marché de l'Hollywood Farmer, Trader Joe, Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Hollywood Theater, et une variété de restaurants dont pubs, cafés, salle de la famille et fine.

Se déplacer

Notre maison est située à seulement quelques kilomÚtres de l'autoroute permettant un accÚs facile à l'aéroport (15 min.), Centre-ville de Portland (10 min.), Et de nombreux autres quartiers. Utiliser les transports publics autour de la ville et de l'aéroport est incroyablement pratique que la station Hollywood MAX (métro léger) et deux lignes de bus majeures (# 77 & # 12) sont situés à seulement quelques pùtés de maisons de notre maison.

The bungalow was the perfect amount of space for my spouse and I. Fantastic location, very walkable and close to bus stops and light rail. Lots of natural light with skylights on the second floor. Would definitely try to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The cottage is so clean and welcoming. The bedroom is very comfortable with good quality linens, mattress, and pillows. We met Jeff and he is super friendly and had great suggestions on things to do around Portland. The hosts were also very flexible with check in as well as check out because we ran into some issues so we appreciated the accomodation! We may move to Portland and may plan another trip to check it out more so we would stay here again! Thank you!

This place was beautiful. It was the perfect size. It had everything you could think of, perfect location. The owner was amazing, and great communication. The rosemary bush and the smell was fantastic! The beautiful hydrangeas out front made it even more welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Portland!

My dad and I were in town house hunting for my family and we really enjoyed our stay, the place is very clean and self sufficient with everything you could need. We were impressed that it was a two bathroom as well, one on each floor which is perfect for two people who want their own space at night. The pull out couch is quite comfortable for what it is and extra bedding was nice. Good location, right in the middle of lots of things which made it a good home base. The hosts are very kind and responsive if you need them as well. Would highly recommend and we would stay again :)

Comfortable, bright, airy Portland oasis! My brother and I stayed four nights in this delightful, well-thought out property. Satish and Jeff are gracious, informative and helpful hosts, and the care they show their VRBO travelers is reflected in the unit. The property is immaculate; the inclusion of on-site laundry facilities, splitter air conditioning in 2nd floor master bedroom, ceiling fans, internal circulation system and an abundance of windows and lights made our stay one of the most pleasant and restorative I have ever experienced. The provision of a full bathroom upstairs and a half-bath off the kitchen make this property efficient and accommodating for two travelers. On-street parking in the charming neighborhood is not a problem; we had a full-size pickup truck for our stay and could always find a spot to park on the street within the block. An outstanding gem in the City of Roses!

Fantastic hosts

We had a short stay at this property, but it was in a great location. It was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. The hosts are very responsive which was much appreciated. We got in early in the morning- had a little trouble accessing the property (user error), but the host called right away and helped us. I would absolutely stay here again. They also had all the necessities there which was fabulous. And the property itself is very well maintained. I would give more stars if I could.

Fabulous cottage

Immaculate and stylish, very comfortable and quiet, you have to look hard to find anything to fault about the experience of staying at the cottage. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed. It’s one of the most pristine units we have ever stayed in. Our son slept on the couch bed and said it was the most comfortable he’s ever slept on. We were only there 2 nights but would have happily stayed longer. There is no table so we all ate along the breakfast bar. The kitchen is compact but equipped well enough for making simple meals.

Short stay in Portland

Such a nice and clean rental in a cute neighborhood! Lots of lights inside and pretty flowers outside. It was perfect for our party of 3! The owner was super helpful and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon!

Perfect Design and Location

We had a wonderful time staying at Jeff & Satish’s lovely rental in the Hollywood neighborhood. The house is well thought out and Cheerful, located in an area with lots of things in a walkable distance. Jeff was available to answer any questions and offer local advice. We hope to visit again and soon!

Perfect for a Wweekender in NE Portland

Enjoyed the quiet walkable neighborhood location, which was close to groceries, bars and restaurants. The cottage itself is well kept and furnished. I slept comfortably and appreciated the communication I got from Jeff. Will be back!

Cute, quiet, clean

The cottage was very clean and quiet (so relaxing!) and made you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The neighborhood is beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores, which was great. Hosts were quick to respond to questions, would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean

The place is laid out perfectly for a couple. The couch with fireplace is a cozy spot to curl up after a long day of exploring the city. The bed is comfortable and the bathtub is a place to let all your stress melt away. The little kitchen is very functional and has e Ruthie to prepare simple meals. Jeff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We chatted a couple times as we were coming and going and he was on his front porch. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Relaxing Neighborhood

My husband and I found this Vrbo to be perfect for our quick weekend stay in Portland. There was lots to access within walking distance, including a train station which allowed us to access downtown much more affordably. The space was clean and perfectly sized for the two of us. The skylights in particular were really lovely! We absolutely plan to come back to this location on our next Portland trip!

Great place to stay!

We travel a great deal and one of the things we've enjoyed most as we explore new and old cultures is getting to know the people. We have had great experiences staying at various short-term rental homes. Hence, we wanted to share our second home with the broader travel community.

We built this cottage in 2015 to mimic the style of our 1911 bungalow. Externally, the cottage has a classy (and classic!) bungalow look and feel. Inside, there are all of the modern comforts of home. You'll have the best of both worlds here. You can bike, walk, drive or take public transportation for many places in Portland from our very central location.
