Located in Condomínio Paraíso, in Guarajuba, with full infrastructure, sports area, games room, outdoor gym, playground and 24-hour security, all 50m from Praia de Guarajuba!

**Capacity to accommodate up to 20 guests**

We take care of the apartment with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Energy and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after booking and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

Suite 1 (ground floor - outdoor area): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;

Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, window air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and TV;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and closet;

Bedroom 3 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony.

NOTE: Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a shared bathroom, which can turn one of the bedrooms into a suite.
