It was a very nice, clean and functional place. We loved the kitchen, very well equipped with a lovely coffee station. The bathroom was clean and they provide plenty of towels which we truly appreciate, comfortable beds and pillows. We really enjoyed this place and location is great also

This was a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! We had all we needed for our stay. David answered all my questions and was there to help with anything I needed. In walking distance to some places to eat. I loved Chicago and look forward to visiting again. Loved that each room had a TV as we had 3 adults and 2 teens.

The only hiccups were parking was difficult at night and the only lighting were overhead lights. It would have been nice to have some table lamps

Overall it was a nice and clean unit. We had a little hiccup with getting in the unit, but it was resolved fairly quickly. David was a great host and we loved the free K-cups for our morning coffee. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Check out was a breeze as there was nothing to do but leave. Easiest checkout ever. No trash to take out or dishes to do.

We had a great stay at David’s place! He had excellent communication. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of clean, folded towels available. Coffee shop down the street in walking distance was great! No issue finding parking spots on the street. Would definitely recommend!

The house was cute, parking is street parallel parking and was tricky at times. The beds were very firm and there was no book/explanation of what to do for checking out or house explanations but it was clean- cute- had everything we needed and perfect for our long weekend of exploring in Chicago! We would stay again!

Such a lovely and welcoming space for our family. Several elegant hospitalities provided, such as a fully stocked Keurig with flavored syrups, and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The grill out back looked well used, but the starter wasn’t functioning when we were there. We made good use of the full kitchen, relying on some specialty pans (wok, muffin tins, sheet pans) we brought from home in addition to the standard selection provided. There is a wide variety of cups and silverware, but you might want to pack extra plates and bowls if you plan to cook often. You will find the AC window unit behind a curtain in the dining room. Street parking can be a challenge, but it is free. At certain hours you might find yourself walking a couple of blocks, but we sometimes lucked out and found spots right out front. Overall a fantastically relaxing and homey experience. Would definitely stay again.
