Just a few blocks from Colorado Ave., this modern 4-bed, 4-bath condo offers stunning Box Canyon views. Sleeping 10 comfortably, itâs ideal for families or groups seeking space and convenience. Enjoy a light, airy design just a short walk from Town Park, the free Gondola, and Oak Street Lift #8 - making it the perfect base to experience everything Telluride has to offer.
The day of your arrival, you will receive an email and text message with everything you need for a smooth check-in, including detailed instructions for accessing the Box Canyon View condo through our lockbox system. While your stay is designed to be private and seamless, weâre always close by should you need assistance.
We live in Placerville - just a short distance from Telluride - so if anything unexpected comes up, we can stop by to help when needed. Although weâre not available around the clock, weâre easily reachable during the day for any questions, local tips, or recommendations to help you make the most of your time in the mountains.
Your vacation condo is yours to enjoy fully and independently, with the reassurance that support is available whenever you need it.
Telluride is a historic mountain town with a rich mining heritage, founded in the late 1800s during the Colorado Gold Rush. Today, itâs a year-round destination known for its breathtaking scenery, vibrant culture, and endless outdoor adventure. The town retains its Victorian charm with beautifully preserved architecture, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels both timeless and alive. Telluride truly is a playground for the young, the not-so-young, and the young at heart.

The Telluride Ski Resort ranks among the top ski destinations in the country, featuring world-class slopes, off-piste terrain, and backcountry access for those seeking a true mountain adventure.
FESTIVALS
Tellurideâs renowned festival scene brings the town to life year-round. Highlights include the Telluride Bluegrass Festival (June), Jazz Festival, Film Festival (August), and Blues & Brews (September). It doesnât get much better than enjoying live music and mountain views - and all this is just a block from the condo!
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
When the snow melts, Telluride transforms into a summer paradise. Explore miles of scenic trails for hiking and mountain biking, or head to the San Miguel River for rafting, kayaking, or tubing during spring runoff. The river, which begins high in the San Juan Mountains, also attracts fly-fishing enthusiasts eager to catch fresh trout. Favorite local hikes include the Telluride River Trail (easy), Bear Creek Falls (moderate), and Jud Wiebe Trail (challenging) - all within close proximity to the condo.
Enter through double doors into a welcoming mudroom with ample storage for coats, boots, and bags. The open-plan main level includes a large media room with a 65" TV and comfortable seating, plus a laundry room with a washer, dryer, sink, and drying area. A walkway leads to the first two bedrooms in this one of the best vacation rentals in Telluride.
MASTER BEDROOM
The first master suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and Juliet balcony, along with an en suite bathroom offering a steam shower and double-sink vanity.
BUNK BEDROOM
The second bedroom is a bunk room with four twin beds, a closet, and ample storage, conveniently located across from the family bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead shower.
Upstairs, the second floor opens to a bright and spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, and dining area, alongside a second lounge with seating and TV. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level.
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM
The second master suite includes a queen bed, a walk-in closet, a Juliet balcony, and an en suite shower room.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
Another queen bedroom offers closet space, with a full bathroom across the hallway featuring a large shower.
Accordion doors in the dining area open onto a private outdoor living space with bar seating and a gas grill, overlooking the 12,785-ft. Ajax Peak. Enjoy peaceful mornings or breathtaking evenings as the sunset casts a pink alpenglow across the box canyon - a truly picture-perfect scene.
The home offers WiFi throughout and radiant floor heating on the first level, making it one of the most sought-after family vacation rentals in Telluride.
PARKING
Parking for two vehicles is available in the garage below the condo, with lockable ski and snowboard storage - ideal for those looking for Telluride rentals near the gondola or easy slope access. Please note: the second parking space (marked Unit âCâ) fits compact cars only under 16 ft. in length; maximum garage height is 7 ft. A W-Zone parking pass for street parking is also available if needed. While all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4WD vehicles with proper rated tires are a must in winter, the parking garage is level, offering peace of mind during Tellurideâs iconic snowstorms.

The town offers free public transportation, including The Galloping Goose and SMART buses, which loop through town regularly. In addition, a free Gondola connects Telluride and Mountain Village, offering stunning views along the way.
