Welcome to Summit Breeze! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities (within walking distance) - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground. The house has 10 bedrooms! 6 are ensuite bedrooms, and 2 fun bunk rooms. As you walk into the home, you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The main level deck is amazing, with plenty of seating and a propane grill. The living area has a fireplace and a big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group - Just added an additional dining table. The lower level has a pool table, foosball, big screen TV, and arcade. The lower level leads to another deck with lake views, a hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (1) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle, (1) bunk room with 4 twins

Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle

Lower Level - (1) 2 Queen Bedrooms, (2) 1 Queen with Twin, (1) Bunk Room with 3 twins

All bedrooms have smart TVs
