Great Casita for a couple and our dogs. Patio was perfect, made some meals but also walkable to lots of options! Also can walk to train to ABQ.

We love hearing that you enjoyed the private patio for relaxing, along with the fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. The absolute best part of this location is its incredible walkability! Our guests love being able to step out the front door and easily walk to the vibrant Santa Fe Railyard District, local coffee shops, and diverse dining options. Having seamless access to the New Mexico Rail Runner Express train station makes it incredibly easy for travelers to enjoy a scenic day trip to Albuquerque (ABQ)! It was a true pleasure hosting you all, and we hope to welcome you back to Santa Fe soon!

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, and conveniently located! Check-in was smooth. The host had thought of everything we could need or need to know for our stay. We had a minor issue with the AC unit, but they were quick to respond and resolve it for us. Overall, the perfect Santa Fe stay!

Wonderful small apartment! Very quiet and excellent air quality (there were wildfires blowing smoke for a few days with very bad air, but inside, no problem.)We liked the location with its proximity to both the opera house, Railyard and downtown plaza. We come to Santa Fe every summer (for almost 20 years) and the location was great. Amenities and features were as described. The hosts left a delightful box of local flavor chocolates to welcome us. Kitchen was well equipped! Definitely recommend.

This was a convenient and well-appointed house for my husband, me, and our dog. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would stay here again for sure!

Lovely, immaculate home. Very responsive and helpful host. The guest book was full of excellent suggestions- we enjoyed all the hikes and restaurant recommendations. Very comfortable bed and clean home with all kitchen amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Place was great, very clean and cozy. It's a great location not too far from the Plaza, the Railyard & Canyon st. Patio was a nice touch too. Would definitely say here again.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment

Totally self contained and wonderfully equipped. Super clean. Loved the decor!! So many great touches to this home. Amazingly close to so much of Santa Fe. Very close to Aqua Fria road, but inside it was wonderfully quiet. Perfect place for exploring Santa Fe.

Very Nice & Great Location for Plaza

My wife and I spent eight days in this casita. The place is very nice and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient for the plaza, museums and bike trails (but it's on the corner of two very busy streets and parts of the neighborhood are a little sketchy). Overall, though, we were very pleased.

Immaculate casita in a great location

Amazing attention to detail on this great little cottage. They thought of everything, right down to the fresh flowers on the counter. Unlike some rentals, we had everything we needed and everything worked. Very conscientious manager that we knew we could count on. Walking distance to shopping, Railyard, restaurants, downtown. Five miles from Dale Ball trails for some great hikes. Great size for a couple.

Cozy Adobe 🌵

My hubby and little dog stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was perfectly located to all the sights in Santa Fe. It was very clean and we really appreciated the comfortable King bed with nice linens after a day of exploring the city. The commication with the host was great and any issues or questions we had were addressed immediately. We really appreciated the personal touch of the welcome gift and well stocked kitchen. Thank you A Vacation Different for a stellar stay! We will definitely rent again when we visit the area!

Lovely place with great host!

We loved this spot. Great amenities and wonderful communication with the host. The binder with tips and recommendations was spot on. We went to a few of the restaurants mentioned and were very pleased. Bed was amazing and very comfortable. Perfect kitchen set up. Very quiet location. I’d definitely recommend to anyone. The place was great. Easy to get everywhere The interior was very well maintained and appointed The entrance was hard to find, I thought it was an alley but after a few tries we found it. Tried to use the charcoal grill but the coals would not light, no big deal Loved it

Grateful visit to Santa Fe

The accommodations and host details were lovely. It felt like a home away from home. Plus Santa Fe is a delightful city to explore. Location of the condo is located on a very busy street. Although we could not hear the cars passing by too much indoors it was loud outdoors. With this said we discovered a walking route to the bike path which could lead you to many parts of Santa Fe. Plus the host has two lovely bikes that would be ideal to use to get around. We definitely plan to visit Santa Fe again and would stay here again!

January Stay

We were quite cool the first couple of days in the living room area. We kept creeping the temp up, but we remained to be uncomfortable. We finally contacted the host and they got that fixed in a very reasonable period of time. We were pleased. The coffee pot did not work well, but after we contacted them, they had that fixed as well before the next morning. Great shower and very nice bed. The TV system worked well. Parking worked well.
