Adorable maison en adobe authentique située au 117 Quintana Street et à quelques pas de la Plaza dans le centre de Santa Fe. Le salon a une cheminée à bois kiva et s'ouvre sur une grande salle à manger avec armoires encastrées. La nouvelle table de salle à manger pourra accueillir confortablement huit personnes. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs. Il y a un patio arriÚre confortable avec une cheminée à bois kiva, une table et des chaises de patio et une chaise longue. L'avant et l'arriÚre sont aménagés et sur l'irrigation goutte à goutte.

Il y a deux chambres: la chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit jumeau. Un lit pliant est Ă©galement fourni.

Un mur de stuc à l'avant assure l'intimité de la rue. Cette maison capture vraiment le vieux charme de Santa Fe.

Il y a beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle de toutes les fenĂȘtres dans toutes les chambres et un parking hors rue pour une petite ou moyenne voiture. La maison est situĂ©e dans une rue sans issue calme avec un grand parking.

Cette maison est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les Ă©lĂ©ments nĂ©cessaires pour emmĂ©nager. Tous les draps, serviettes et fournitures de cuisine sont fournis. Des dispositions spĂ©ciales pour les longs sĂ©jours peuvent ĂȘtre prises sur demande.

Cheminée à bois - nous ne fournissons pas de bois de chauffage, mais des paquets sont disponibles à l'achat dans les épiceries à proximité pendant la saison d'hiver.

Really enjoyed our stay! We used every inch of the place along with taking the short (10 minute) walk to the Plaza. Kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed, dining room table was a perfect place to eat, living room sat the three of us perfectly, beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was fantastic. Super hot water. Towels were a bit cold from under sink storage so we stuck them in the dryer to warm them up. It took a bit getting used to the slight step ups/downs into bedroom, living room and kitchen. Loved the fireplace. We used it every night! Parking across the street was super easy-always an open spot. (We have a large SUV) Loved not having to carry a key around. The creaky floors fit the personality of the place. Absolutely loved the place, price & proximity!

Loved everything about this place: tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen, responsive management, quiet neighborhood, 5-10-minute walk to Plaza, museums, restaurants, shops. No views due to tiny lot and high adobe walls, but two small patios allow outside access.

The house was great - a good location that was very walkable to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. I really could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with the following exceptions. The house is about 100 years old and has no closets in the bedrooms. The bathroom had no heat and the tub really needs a rubber non-slip mat. The furniture in the online post has been changed. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Our mid-sized SUV barely fit and the street is very narrow. A neighbors car was parked across the street the entire stay not allowing our car to exit without driving down the street and using a driveway to turn around. Due to the age of the house, it was always on the cold side. the bedrooms have small baseboard heaters. We did find a place in the hall storage closed to have our clothes. On the plus side the kitchen was well equipped, the TV worked great and the management was very responsive when texted.
Hall storage closed - only hanging spot for clothes.

Great in every way

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Location was ideal for moving around on foot and do be sure to take the advice about needing a small car to tuck into the driveway! The back patio was just lovely for breakfasting and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner from our farmers market haul. A home that includes nice-quality bedding and towels gets a A from me. Thank you!

Excellent communication and easy check in. Walking distance to old town! Location is great but as mentioned parking is an issue. Cannot bring anything larger than a small SUV. It’s a dead end street so you have only one way to exit. If cars park in front of the VRBO it is difficult to get out. Practice your three point turn! Kitchen was well equipped! Laundry facilities was great! Shower was hot and water pressure was good!!Bed was comfortable but could use updated pillows. It is an older beautiful home so the floors are uneven and stairs can be difficult. Must be cautious for elderly people. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The adobe home was charming and comfortable. We had easy access with the passcode. The home was clean and homey. The beds were comfortable. The private backyard was the perfect place for morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed (we supplied the groceries.)The Devargas Shopping Center was a 7 minute walk to grocery, restaurants and other shopping. It is a lovely home!

This property is in a fantastic location for visiting Santa Fe. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the patio and private garden are a real plus.The host gave all information needed and everything was very straight forward.The only down side was the parking space - very tight - my daughter was in charge of that as I cannot reverse like that.Overall very happy with the stay and property.

What a charming little nest of a place!!! I am a long time Santa Fe visitor and was so happy to share the Land of Enchantment with a friend who had never been to SF! The casita was clean, safe and had EVERYTHING we needed. We were close enough to the Plaza to easily walk. I do suggest maybe NOT walking back late at night..... If you want a TRUE adobe experience this was affordable, convenient and lovely. Especially the Patio in the early morning and evening (wish we could have used the kiva!). Our host was super responsive and easy to work with. Good bang for your BucK!!! A & well done.

Perfect location

This house is an easy walk to downtown plaza area, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Great shower too. The driveway is as tiny as others have said. Multiple 1-2 steps might be hard for some, esp in the dark. Great stay!

We Loved our staywhen we opened the door to this little Home we were So HappyWe were within easy walking distance to the Historic plaza area and galleries kitchen was well equipped ! We enjoyed an evening of cooking and building a fire in the fireplace.! Check in and check out was seamless

Online pictures were deceiving. Patio was not cleaned. New appliances sheets and towels were good. Needs maintenance. Some outlets did not work mold in bathroom. Many places to trip as floors were uneven and many step ups in entryways to other rooms would not stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location, we could walk to town. It was fun to stay in an adobe home with all of the modern conveniences. The bed could be a little more comfortable but otherwise we loved our time there. Great location to stay to enjoy Santa Fe, we can’t wait to go back.
