The home features a large, comfortable den with a 55â wall-mounted TV, along with a formal living room or office and a bright sunroom for additional lounging or quiet time. A dedicated gaming area adds another space for entertainment and relaxation.
Kitchen & Dining
The open kitchen is beautifully updated with sleek dark cabinetry and striking modern light fixtures. A butlerâs pantryâcomplete with a coffee and tea station, wine fridge, and extra pantry storageâadds both style and functionality. The waterfall-edge island seats four, while the main dining table comfortably seats eight, with an additional adjacent table offering seating for four more.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home sleeps up to 11 guests with five bedrooms located upstairs, plus a pullout sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a king bed, 50â wall-mounted TV, and a spa-like ensuite with a double vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and freestanding soaking tub. A second primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, private seating area, and full ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms include queen beds, while the fifth bedroom features two twin beds. A sparkling guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the remaining rooms, and a convenient half bath is located on the entry level.
Outdoor Space
Enjoy a large backyard and patio with seating, dining, and grilling areas, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Thereâs plenty of lawn space for games, plus a swing set with a slide for younger guests. Sullivanâs Island Beach is just 10 minutes away, and Charleston International Airport is approximately 20 miles from the home.
Parking & House Rules
Parking is provided for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Please note this is a strictly no-party property. Street and grass parking are not permitted, as neighbors use street parking passes that guests do not have. Vehicles parked on the street or grass will be fined $200 per vehicle. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and the property during their stay, thanks!
