LakeView Landing - Stunning Views Overlooking Bay

Relax on the deck with an amazing view of 3 islands and sail boats in Big Arm Bay or take a short walk down to the beach or marina. The interior is remodeled and the yard is maturing. A mini-split for your heating & cooling needs will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the leather furniture with a view in a large living room. You will find a large dining table for meals or social games. We provide a well stocked kitchen with pots & pans and spices. The wi-fi is ample to run your devices and the 65` flat screen with Roku.The deck has a gas barbecue with all the tools needed for cooking. Enjoy a picnic table, rockers, and chairs. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. You may hear some dogs barking occasionally.

Although I do not have lake access from my property, Big Arm Marina is a short walk down the hill and 2 state parks with wonderful docks and swimming areas are both within a mile. Big Arm Boat Rental is just down the hill with a wide variety of toys and chartered boat rides to Wild Horse Island or for fishing trips.

We also have GlampCamp, a luxury camping tent, on the back of the property listed separately (or it can be reserved together for added space). The yard and privacy fence provide a good buffer. ClampCamp includes a queen memory foam bed, queen futon, small fridge, coffee maker, and deck with Blackstone grill for cooking. There is a private bathhouse with a toilet and shower. If you would like to have the use of both spaces, please let us know.
*The bathhouse has a washer & dryer available for both Lakeview Landing & GlampCamp to use for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to use the washer & dryer.

RV parking available, inquire for details.

You are 12 miles from a grocery store and there is no Uber available. If you would like meal packages, I can have the kitchen stocked for you to cook or have meals delivered from Polson restaurants. Please let me know your requests.
