This 1800sf house has an open floor plan with plenty of windows and lights. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bath is the master ensuite and the other is shared. This house is located on a private 4.5-acre lot, with lots of peace, tranquility and privacy for you. The three bedrooms sleep up to six, with another air mattress available upon request for two additional guests. There is also a Guest Suite available on the same 4.5-acre lot under a separate listing for a party of 2. We have the best cleaning crew and you can be sure to arrive at a sparkling clean house with freshly laundered duvets. There is a separate cabin on the far end of the lot with a separate driveway that`s also available for a party of 2.

Our 4.5-acre lot overlooks Wilson Creek and Monte de Oro vineyards (but there`s no direct path). Hot air balloons often take off from our street in the morning, providing an incredible view. It is less than a mile drive from Lorimar winery, yet has a feeling of a private get-away on a massive lot.

This large lot has a rural feel in the wine country, yet is only minutes away from over twenty wineries. Old Town Temecula and Pechanga casino are less than 20 minutes away. The small road in front of the house is a dirt road and most of the lot is not manicured, giving it a country feel. There is one other cottage on this 4.5-acre property.

Please note that there are exterior cameras for the safety of our guests. The driveway leading to the house is a dirt road. The wine country is a semi-rural area and there may be wild animals such as coyotes and bobcats in the area at night. Much of the 4.5-acre lot is not landscaped, please take extra caution when walking around the parts that are not landscaped.
Out of respect of our neighbors and in accordance with the wine country noise ordinance, we do not permit parties, loud music, or large gatherings at the property. Violations will result in termination of the rental agreement, and guests may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issues in such cases. Fees for damages, excessive trash removal, and/or extra cleaning may also be assessed.

Early check-in and late check-out may not be available. When available, early check-in fee is $50 for check-in from noon-3pm, and $100 for 8am-noon. Late check-out fee is $50 for checkout by 2pm, and $100 for checkout by 5pm.
