Summary:
Welcome to your Adventure! What you're viewing is a beautifully furnished and decorated home for your stay in Billings.

You'll find TV's IN EVERY ROOM, a GAME ROOM ready for some family fun and memories to be made!

You'll find yourself less than a .5-mile walk to the YELLOWSTONE RIVER or a 6-minute drive to Josephine Lake where you'll find day areas for picnics, hiking trails, biking trails & fishing.

You'll be nestled in a NEW MODERN and QUIET neighborhood just south of I-90.

The Space:
The home is quiet and extremely clean!

With the fully finished basement, there is lots of space for the family to spread out. We have a movie room, kids' bunk room, and a game room all downstairs with their own bathroom. The game room can also function as a quiet space for remote working as well with a table and a bar-top.

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. As well as a fully stocked kitchen and a family room right off the kitchen.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours!

The Neighborhood:
Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. On the weekends you may see kids selling lemonade on the street corners, playing in the large open areas, riding bikes, and walking dogs.

Other Things to Note:
At this time we do not offer access to the garage.

Interaction with Guests:
Feel free to message us all you’d like - we’re available if you need anything! However, we won’t bother you unnecessarily.

Great place to stay. Close enough to easily get to town but far enough away that you aren't right in the city. Quiet neighborhood with park just a little ways down. Kids loved it!

The house was perfect for our stay in Billings. The house was nice, clean and convenient to everything in town. Jay was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Billings.

Cozy home with comfy beds

We were well impressed with this home. The two living spaces gave us space to spread out. The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in at a VRBO. The home was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great family Home

Great place to stay and spend time with family. Comfy master bedroom! Fun family games and downstairs kids' rooms. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook up meals. Easy location to access Billings activities.

Short reunion

Overall, our stay was good. It snowed 10 plus inches while we were there, and no one was removing snow on the sidewalks. There was a shovel available to do it ourselves. The parking is definitely a problem in that area especially when the snow wasn't plowed very well off the street. I think the only thing we wished was available in the kitchen was a crockpot to throw some chili on while we were out and about and there was no pizza cutter however we managed with a big knife.

Felt like home

Hey friends! You'd be hosted by James, John and Jay otherwise known as "Beloved Venture".

We all crossed paths over the years at our Church. We're 3 family men who, between us, have 18 kids! We LOVE family time and creating memories together. Our wives and children got sick of our bad dad jokes so we decided to find a new hobby.

So on a whim we began buying homes, turning them into Short Term Rentals and creating fun times for others as well! And so "Beloved Venture" was born!
