This thoughtfully designed condo provides tall ceilings, modern dĂ©cor and floor to ceiling windows. The ground floor has a dedicated office area with a pull-out sofa. The main floor boasts an open floorplan featuring the dining room, kitchen, powder room and living room with a 75’’ TV. The third-floor hosts both bedrooms with full private bathrooms, walk in closets, TV's, queen beds and a primary suite balcony. Last but not least, the top floor steals the show with a wet bar and spacious rooftop patio with a firepit, comfortable seating and amazing views. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Keurig, basic toiletries, pull out sofa, board games, record player, iron, hair dryer, washer & dryer, off street parking.

Great location downtown. Stay was to see friend coaching baseball team in Billings. Location was perfect 3 blocks away. Place was clean and very nice. Only negatives were basically known: 1) lots of stairs but rooftop was worth it; 2) unfortunately downtown has a homeless / drug problem and you will be approached--most are no issue.That said I would stay there next year if I go back.Kurt

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities necessary for a get-away to Billings. The location is great for outdoor enthusiasts (the rim and parks), foodies (Walkers), and shoppers (we enjoyed antiquing at Yesteryears Antique Mall). The apt is right across the street from a supermarket so you can stock up for cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Lastly, the roof top area was a great location to sip some coffee in the coolness of the morning and enjoy the fire pit and city lights in the late evening after the day cooled off. Thank you Shelby and Phil. Your attention to detail was not overlooked.

The property was just like the photos show. It was in a great location, clean, and perfect for a long weekend stay. The kitchen and living room on the main floor was perfect for socializing. The bedrooms were roomy and even had a TV in each. And finally, the owner was super responsive and accommodating.

The place is beautiful! Having 2.5 bathrooms was a big plus! The sunset from the roof was also beautiful. Well kept house and very thoughtful host!Parking was easy and location was walkable to some food and drinks!

Perfect spot!

We absolutely adored this property. Neat and tidy, had everything we needed for meal prep, comfy mattresses, easy walk to downtown and restaurants.We really enjoyed the rooftop patio with gas fire pit after a day at the ballpark or hiking.Hosts were really communicative, easy check in and out.Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Stayed here for a 2 day break on a cross country trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to land. Clean, comfortable & gorgeous home. Close to everything. And host was very gracious and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely abode in Billings

Delightful townhome- very clean and spacious. Enjoyed walking to downtown and easy access to groceries. Communication with owners was excellent. Unit was very accommodating for our small group. Would definitely rent again.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfy! We enjoyed the higher views of downtown from the outside rooftop patio. Host was quick to respond when I asked a question. Definitely will stay here again!
