Desert Heated Spa / Pool Retreat Home

Located just a mile or two from beautiful Old Town Gilbert and close to multiple spring training facilities, our home offers a spacious, spa feel retreat for you & your family. Outside is a wonderful saltwater pool, (complete with fountains, slide, in-pool table, grotto, tanning shelf) and fabulous spa. Inside, relax in the main room with the gentle sound of the outside fountains, watch TV or move to the game room off the kitchen for a game of pool.
The space
One of the first things you’ll notice is that this space doesn’t feel like a rental, and it shouldn’t, it’s our home. We love our home and hope it feels like your “home away from home” during your stay.

The first floor features a large main room with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that provide a great view of the rock-scaped pool and plenty of natural light. Enjoy a movie, read a book, take a nap, catch up on a little work, it’s all possible here.

Our kitchen is well equipped with all you should need for your stay and our breakfast nook has a coffee/tea and USB charging area for your convenience. We have a Keurig so you can enjoy your favorite pods, of course we’ll start you off with a few. The kitchen includes a stove, oven microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and the smaller appliances you’ll find include an electric teapot, toaster and blender.

Have a hungry group? Our walk-in pantry has plenty of room for you to stock up on snacks, drinks and whatever else you want to have for your stay – and there are two grocery stores just outside the neighborhood, so you’re never far from a quick restock trip if needed.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the game room with a custom finished pool table that matches the calming décor of the home with plenty of seats for spectators or for those simply waiting their turn. You’ll also find a fireplace (gas/electric) and a 65” TV with sound bar. At the other end of the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. The laundry room is where you will find pool towels – enough for everyone, as well as a long bar for hanging towels, swimsuits, or clothes, to dry.

All bedrooms and common areas have ceiling fans and all bedrooms are upstairs. We have separate thermostat controls for upstairs and downstairs. All bedrooms have an extra set of sheets in their closets and extra towels/linens are in the bathrooms and upstairs hall cabinets.

The backyard is truly an oasis, offering a beautiful Heated saltwater pool long enough to swim laps and plenty of room to relax or play. You’ll find fountains, a slide, a covered grotto, a Baja tanning shelf, a table/umbrella in the pool and a spa adjoining the pool. Heat for the spa is included, pool heat is an extra charge. We maintain photo proof of pool heat on your arrival & departure day. (Pool cleaner/vacuum MUST remain in the water at all times)

Please note that use of the pool, slide and spa are all at your own risk and no one should be in or around the pool alone. Also, as slippery as the walkway around the pool can get when it’s wet, there is no running around the pool, for your own safety. (We ask you only use pool towels for outdoors, not bath towels.) There is also a covered patio with a comfortable sitting area for you and your guests, as well as a BBQ.

When you arrive, you’ll find a “House Binder” with additional information to help make your stay comfortable, and the owner is never further away than a call or text. In the House Binder you will also find some of our favorite restaurants, shopping and sights.

You’ll be minutes away from a plethora of shopping, world class restaurants, golf courses, spring training facilities, parks, hiking and so much more.

Please do not book this home if you smoke. Some of our regular guests have hypersensitivity to any trace of smoke, so we strictly enforce our no smoking/vaping policy. Even smoking somewhere else and bringing the scent in, will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

We ask you treat our home with the same respect you do your own and you must know we allow no parties or events within the home. We have regular maintenance people (pool, yard) that will likely be at the house during your stay and we ask that if your stay includes our regular trash pick up day on Tuesday, that you roll the garbage cans to the curb on Monday night. All of this information is included in the house binder.
