After trash is picked up, please bring trash back to the side of the house.
Check-out Time - 10am Simple House Rules No smoking in house. Please smoke outside and properly dispose of butts. Evidence of smoking inside may result in forfeiture of security deposit or additional fees.
1 car per bedroom limit. Do not park on grass. No street parking
We love pets. Please clean up after pets, including the yard. If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture Pet Fee - We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet. Guest must clean up after pets in the yard.
TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use. .
Check Out Instructions *Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. *Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing. *Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible. *Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :). *If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew. *Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee *Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiments, and other common items. *Any free standing trash in the home must be picked up and placed in trash cans or taken outside. Cleaning fee does not include excessive dirty house. Additional fees may apply if not followed.

Smart Lock Battery Replacement Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5
Fireplaces Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.
GARAGES Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in. If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.

Family Thanksgiving
Very satisfied w/ the property. The grandkids played football in the Yard. Overall we had a great time with the family....
But there was a curtain rod that was unscrewed hanging off its place, making it unsafe for anyone to use that one room.
And there were dirty towels in a closet that were left behind.
I communicated this issue early on but no response.

Nice Clean Interior
This is a typical 1970's North Atlanta home on the edges of Dunwoody and Chamblee. The exterior of the home leaves a bit to be desired with respect to landscaping maintenance and repair. The backyard is a bit overgrown, back porch is deteriorating, and the gutters are full of debris. Upon check in, the digital combination lock had discharged batteries, so an emergency lockbox key had to be used in order to gain access. The property managers were easy to get a hold of, but they wanted us to drive to the store to get batteries and change them in the lock whereas they should have dropped batteries off or serviced the lock themselves. The inside of the home was surprisingly nice especially with the five King beds. The bathrooms, bedrooms and other areas were all clean. The Kitchen could use some upgraded utensils, but it was serviceable. The area is a hot bed of Latin and Asian cuisine so eating out is fun. The only major issue that should be resolved is 3 to 4 windows on the ground level do not lock and can be opened from the outside. some of the locks were broken, some not installed completely and some just did not engage because they were installed wrong, or the windows were warped not allowing them to be latched.

Family Christmas
Seven of us met here, including my 98 year old mother, as we are spread out between Nashville, TN and Savannah, GA. The property needs some minor repairs but I think the owner is working on those things. We had a great time just being together.
One thing that needs to be mentioned on website, although there are 3 large TVs, it is ROKU, so no live TV unless we just couldn't figure out how to do it.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood
We had some difficulty accessing the property at first, but the owner responded with a fast solution. This home has lots of room and is very cozy. We enjoyed the backyard and spent a lot of time on the covered porch. The beds were very comfortable, but the furniture throughout could use some upgrading. A few concerns we had was we didn't notice any smoke alarms. I would highly recommend the owner install some for the safety of the guests and the property. Besides these few things we enjoyed this place and would recommend it.
