The space
The penthouse features a light and bright open floor plan, including the ocean-view patio, living room, dining area, kitchen, and spacious Master Suite with a walk-in closet, Guest Bedroom and Bunk Room. There are also two full bathrooms on this level, including the Master en-suite and a full guest bathroom in the hallway. We also have a washer and dryer.

Room 3 - 2 bunk beds - each bunk is Twin over Full **the max weight capacity for the upper bunk is 180 lbs. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to use the upper bunk**

Please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor of a building.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise and parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation allowed on the property at all times. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
