Hello! I'm Austin and I’ve been renting furnished properties since 2018 when my wife and I had our first son and decided to move from our downtown home to be closer to our family. We loved living downtown in the center of Denver where there's always new things to see and do. We’ve since been blessed with another baby boy and continue to happily grow our family. I love music and concerts and my wife enjoys working with youth and cooking. And we both love a good dinner/movie night. We’re very down-to-earth and try to show kindness to everyone we come across. My goal is to continue providing value to our guests by listening to them and doing what we can to make their stay comfortable. The Oak Park Condominiums are a gated community with a pool, playground, picnic areas w/ grills, volleyball court/area and guest parking - check out the attached video tour of the community. Oak Park Condominiums are 1 block or less from a public park, shopping, dining, entertainment, public transit and more! Just 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The condo is gated and parking spaces are assigned to owners. Two parking spaces are available to our guests and there's also street parking outside the Condo's gates. There's RTD bus stops located thru-out the community and the property is only 11 minutes from two major light rail stations. Denver’s Windsor Neighborhood sits near the heart of Aurora, CO and has all the benefits of tight-knit suburban community with the added bonus of living close to most of the city’s major hospitals and just a short ride to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek. Living in Windsor offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Windsor there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals and retirees live in Windsor and residents tend to be liberal. Nearby enjoy the Highline Canal, RTD Bus Stops located thru-out the community and the property is only 11 minutes from two major light rail stations. There are many nearby restaurants, stores, Costco and many other stores/shopping minutes away. It’s also close to Lowry, Hwy 225, Creek Easy access to DIA and downtown.
