We enjoyed our stay here in Little Rock. The apartment was in a good location to Downtown Market area and Riverfront Park. It was an older building with a cute courtyard. The apartment itself was clean however we found it to be very dark for our liking. We had no problem finding parking on the street right in front of the building. Communication with the owner and the check in process were excellent.

This property is so quaint and cute! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We loved every part of it and hope to be back!

The host was amazing. They answered my questions quickly. The apartment is great for a couple trying to get away or have a quiet place to stay while visiting family. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Charming apartment in downtown Little Rock within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk Entertainment District. Everything we needed was provided by our hosts and we had a wonderful time for our 55th wedding anniversary.

Eclipse Trip

This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings.

Charming spot close to lots

The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little area between all of the units, and it was nice and quiet so I was able to get plenty of of rest before the race. Would definitely stay there again for the convenience of how close to everything it was without being too pricey.

Great location and charming apartment. Communication was good and check in and out was smooth. It’s an older building so not very well sound proofed so you can hear your upstairs neighbors at all hours. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
