Perfect for a getaway with my daughter and her friend. Great cozy and safe neighborhood right off the interstate for easy access to get to Simmons Bank arena for a concert. Loved the set up and all the thought put into the decor.

Perfect spot for a girl’s weekend! The SoMA location was great, the home was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and so special. It was one of the best places we have stayed. The location is very convenient to downtown. The books, games, DVDs, and records were so fun and nice to have. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with an air of understated luxury. Tucked away in a quiet walkable neighborhood with easy access to shops, restaurants. Such a welcoming and comfortable place to relax after a long day on the road. Easy on/off highway access for weary travels. Would absolutely stay again and might never leave! lol

My family had a great time staying here. The unit is very unique and cute, and it’s conveniently located just two blocks from Main Street, where there are lots of charming local restaurants and shops. I think we ate three meals on Main Street simply because it was so close and easy to walk to. We also happened to catch a few events while we were there, including a vintage clothing pop-up and the strawberry festival, which made the trip even more fun.The only minor issue we encountered wasn’t really with the unit itself. There was some normal wear and tear, so I made note of a few things that were broken or not working just to avoid any liability as a renter. When I reported it, I was given the property owner’s phone number and asked to contact them directly. I would have preferred for that communication to be handled through the property manager or through the VRBO app messaging system instead. Other than that, we had a great stay and would rent here again if we are back in the area.

We arrived to the apartment in the late evening with a temperature of 80 degrees inside and the A/C not working. I understand that things stop working unexpectantly but making sure that the air conditioning is working should be a priority. We were ready to settle down for the night after a long drive but instead had to find different accommodations because they said they were not able to send anyone to fix the air. Part of our money was refunded but unfortunately I was told that the responsibility of collecting 150 in fees from VRBO was mine. That responsibility should be placed on the owner who is ultimately the responsible party for not providing the rental as advertised. Also, the listing never stated that it was an apartment added onto an existing house and in order to enter the residence you have to go through the backyard and through the backyard. The cops showed up shortly after we arrived because entering the residence set off an alarm.

This apartment was adorable! The neighborhood is gorgeous and convenient. We got lucky and stayed during a weekend that had plenty of events going to celebrate pride month, and within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!
