The basement rental was largely as listed and photographed and immaculately clean. There is a view of the lake but very limited by looking way to the left when standing by a few windows. The entrance around the house and down a steep walkway is awkward and unattractive. Overall, a good stay; located near where we wanted to be.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The property was clean and modern. The deck had a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Close to food. Kirkland's downtown area was about a 20 minute drive and that had a great vibe. Side note-traffic to/from downtown to here takes about an hour each way every time no matter the time of day. That was the only downside. Never have we been in such bad traffic. Now that we know this and can plan better, we would stay here again if our activities were nearby.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house with our family of five. The location is truly special - set on a golf course with a beautiful view of Lake Washington. One of the highlights for us was spotting several bald eagles throughout our stay, it felt like such a treat to see them up close in their natural setting. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a family. We had everything we needed, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat with close access to nature and plenty of space for a family.

This space was really comfortable for my family. We had spent a week travelling through the National Parks and then wanted time to regroup, wash our clothes and explore the city of Seattle. The beds and private space were incredibly comfortable. We were happy to spread out after spending the first leg of our trip in cramped shred spaces. When we arrived the first thing we did was throw in a load of laundry and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. They told us that the dryer wasn't working and that a repairman was scheduled. They graciously dried several loads of laundry for us. They really went above and beyond.The back patio was an absolute delight. We brought out our spotting scope to zoom in on the many Eagles nesting in the area and the lake views were absolutely stunning. We ended up driving back and forth into the city most days so be prepared for traffic and a 30 minutes drive but the space was perfect for our needs.

Great stay near Seattle

Our family stayed in this VRBO for a week. It's in a lovely neighborhood right by the lake and golf course. Very quiet. The beds are so comfortable! We slept very well. It was about 30 min from Seattle, great location. Would definitely recommend!

Getting into unit was very dangerous for anyone with any type of disability. Very narrow, slopped, dirty, unsafe walkway to get to unit that had entry in back of building.

Comfortable place in a nice, quiet neighborhood

I booked Jim and Vivian's place for my parents and uncle and aunt who were visiting Seattle.They really enjoyed their stay. It is located near the golf, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The view on the lake is a plus. The beds are VERY comfortable. The place was clean. It was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for.

Wonder stay for mobile people

Wonderful stay and not easy for 92 year old with limited mobility. The incline is steep without railings. My children’s family would easily decent and climb the pathway. I am unaware of VBRO has a filter for Disability?

Super cute place!

It was nice. Very clean and the bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. Big bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower that had good pressure and hot water. Newer appliances in the kitchen and everything worked. Lots of TV choices as far as apps and channels. There's a view of the lake and you can see the sea planes take off. Also sits a stone throw from the golf course. I dont play but it looked nice. There is a paved pathway to entrance that's a little steep if you have balance issues but wasn't slick when rained on which is important in Seattle. Owner communications were perfect. Very nice people. We had a great stay and cant beat the price in that area.

Great location and wonderful hosts

Very nice neighborhood and easy/close to get to Bellevue, Seattle, or anywhere in the area. Close to a Zeek’s pizza! Plenty of space for our family of five and had everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The hosts are very friendly and were extremely quick to reply to our questions. Everything was contactless, which we prefer. Would definitely recommend. Lots of privacy and comfortable! Safe nice area to stay with your family!
