Pool and spa were great, location was close to everything you would want/need. Comfortable beds with great sheets (we’re picky about our sheets). We would definitely stay again.

Great house!

The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. It is located in a perfect location far enough from high traffic areas, but close to everything. The kitchen utensils were fully stocked, there were toys for the beach, and so much more to make our stay so easy.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. We enjoyed watching the local ducks and the fish jumping in the canal. More detailed house checkout policy would be helpful.

We were pleased to find this property. Neighborhood was quiet. It was not far to restaurants and attractions. The house was as advertised. Nicely decorated and clean. The pool and hot tub worked out well. House was well stocked for cooking meals. Would recommen this property if this is what you are looking for!

Lovely home!

We had such a wonderful vacation at this home. It was clean and equipped for all of our needs. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool area. My husband caught some fish from the dock on the canal. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, great for families. Andrea, the host, was very easy to work with and helpful. We would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Time

Everything about the house was amazing. The pictures look great but in person, the home is amazing. The beds were a little firm which was a little uncomfortable for my husband and I but that's a personal preference and we got used to it. The kids loved the home. We loved the home. We would definitely return.

Beautiful House, great stay

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in the Coral Dream home. It was very well-equipped, clean and modern. We used the spa, and relaxed poolside and also along the canal. Since we were in town for a baseball tournament, we ate breakfasts there, but had all of our lunches and dinners out. The house was roomy for the two of us, but very comfortable. We only had the need to communicate with the owner one time, to understand the front door locking system, which turned out to be automatic. Five stars all around.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home is the best vacation home my husband and I have stayed in! It was clean, we slept great in the Master bedroom,the bathroom was awesome plenty of towels and supplies throughout the home. The outdoor area was spectacular, we loved the pool and hot tub (perfect temperature) furniture was so comfortable! Even saw some turtles by the dock! Beautiful sunrise while having coffee.Beach chairs, bag, coolers and umbrella's were a bonus for our beach outings! check-in & check-out easy. We are so happy you shared your home with us ,Thank You! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this home and would love to stay again !

Great stay in Cape Coral

Clean and comfortable, this is a lovely home in a great, safe location. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks and were joined by children and grandsons for a week. We all loved the pool and jacuzzi, with easy access from both sides of the house and bedrooms. There were plenty of beach towels which we appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, lots of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Three coffee makers was a bonus! The master bedroom and bath were very roomy, but the king bed wasn't the most comfortable for our likes, very firm with a slight hump in the middle. The bedding could be upgraded but it is not a deal breaker. We would book this home again, loved the location and the ease communicating with the owner.

Perfection

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. It absolutely had everything you could possibly think of needing except for food and clothing. We made 2 day trips to Sanibel and had all we needed to bring for a wonderful beach day. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so fun and relaxing. We were playing in a baseball tournament in Ft Myers and this house was about 30 minutes from all the parks. It was lovely to come home to it after a long day at the fields. My ONLY suggestion would be getting a larger sectional for the living room. We had 6 people and there really isn’t enough sitting room if we wanted a family movie night or to watch TV together. We will definitely stay hear again if we come back next year! Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Home away from home Oasis

Our experience was exactly as described in the listing and more! The property manager was very accommodating and prompt to respond back with any questions or concerns. Love the view of the canal while having my morning coffee, and swimming in the pool, and enjoyed all the amenities of the home and property. We highly recommend this property listing for a vacation getaway.

Relaxation and lanai luxury

My husband and two adult sons enjoyed this home and the outdoor area so much! The home was spacious and modern and the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and dock were where we spent a majority of our time when we were at the house. Dennis was very efficient in communication and we experienced no problems at all while we were there. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for since noise and activity are a constant part of our daily lives here in New York! This house is close to everything and if you are looking for luxury and an outdoor area that you can spend hours enjoying, this is the place. Thank you Andrea and Dennis for helping us make our stay awesome.

We hadn’t been away for a while and this holiday home really lived up to our hopes. The location was convenient and an area of Florida I haven’t been to before. Snowbird in paradise

This is our 6th year of renting Florida homes for the month of March. This house is absolutely beautiful. It is located in an area that is very safe and convenient to the attractions, beaches and restaurants. It was extremely clean and had all the conveniences of home. The check in and out process was very smooth. Both the owner and the property manager were attentive to our needs and questions and made us feel very welcome. Andrea the owner was quick to respond to my emails and Dennis was readily available 24/7 for any of our questions. Our daughter, son in law and granddaughters visited and enjoyed the beautiful lanai, pool, hot tub and evenings by the fire pit. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be renting this home again. Andrea and Dennis are great and make renting convenient and easy!
