Nouvel appartement à Vasto, A / C, avec une vue imprenable sur l'Adriatique

Un nouveau condo avec une vue spectaculaire sur dix miles de la côte adriatique. Tous les nouveaux meubles dans deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes, un canapé-lit dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée séparée, une salle à manger et deux balcons. En outre, pour la commodité des clients, l'appartement dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. À cinq minutes en voiture ou à vingt minutes à pied de certaines des plus belles plages de sable d'Italie, et à dix minutes à pied du centre historique de Vasto, une ancienne ville de 40000 habitants aux racines romaines et médiévales. Vasto possède de nombreux restaurants, des boutiques élégantes, de charmants bars à vin, un château et un palais médiévaux, un grand parc central et un petit musée des antiquités. Le ski de classe mondiale à Roccaraso est de 45 à 60 minutes en voiture. Un trajet de vingt-cinq minutes vous emmène au Miglianico Golf Club, un cours à tarif journalier considéré comme le meilleur tracé des Abruzzes.


Condo neuf terminé en avril 2010, avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Belle vue sur l'Adriatique depuis la terrasse. A cinq minutes en voiture des plus belles plages de sable d'Italie. A dix minutes à pied du centre de la ville historique de Vasto.

The apartment was as described and the contact with Roberta was very good. We had two issues, one the apartment was too far from Centro to walk to our studio and there was no wifi hookup. Roberta addressed the lack of wifi for us but we did have to drive to the studio location in Centro. All in all it was a very good stay and I would recommend Roberta's team. Bruce

Apartment was clean and spacious enough for my family of 4. Many people who reviewed had concerns with noise from the car wash, but we could not hear anything. The apartment had everything nessessary and the Grocery store was a quick 2 min down the road with the beach just a short drive further. Our host was quick to respond to any questions, and we felt at home throughout our stay. When we return to Vasto, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Almost perfect

The apartment was clean and very nice. Good location but quite noisy in the mornings due to the adjacent car wash. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there were WiFi and TV problems (router broken, satellite reception and no Sky, as advertised). The local partner could not help. We would still book it again.

Thank you for giving us the five star review. We had problems with the WiFi for two months, and WIND was not able to locate the problem, let alone fix it. We have now changed our provider for the WiFi service, and hopefully those problem will not occur again. I do apologize for the problem you encountered, and I hope you’ll return to Vasto for another vacation soon.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane molto rilassanti in questo appartamento spazioso, pulito e accogliente. Il terrazzo è grande e permette di pranzare e cenare davanti a una vista affascinante con ulivi e mare di giorno e la costa illuminata di notte. Ad allietare il soggiorno ha contribuito Roberta, host molto gentile e disponibile, che ancora una volta vorremmo ringraziare. Consigliamo assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa struttura!

Casa comoda e moderna, cordialità del proprietario..ambienti puliti. Comodo parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa... a pochi km dalla spiaggia (in macchina). C'è un Conad vicino e una farmacia.. Super consigliato!

Insgesamt sehr schön.

Ich fang mal mit den Sachen an die gestört haben, in Summe aber für uns eher nebensächlich waren. Die Autobahn ist vom Balkon gut zu sehen und ist recht laut - zumindest wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt. Zur anderen Seite ist eine Autoreinigung, die ab 8 Uhr morgens auch nicht gerade leise ist. Außerdem dürfen nicht viele Stromfresser (z.B. Backofen, Trockner, Waschmaschine, Klimanlage) gleichzeitig laufen, sonst springen die Hauptsicherungen raus - das bedeutet raus aus dem Haus, auf die Hausrückseite, Stromkasten öffnen und die Sicherungen wieder hochdrücken. Ansonsten echt schöne Unterkunft. Das WLAN war für uns absolut ausreichebend, die Betten bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die zwei Badezimmer schön geräumig und der Blick von der Terasse ist (wenn man die Autobahn nicht beachtet) einfach nur klasse. Wir können uns gut vorstellen diese Wohnung nochmals zu buchen.

Thank you for the review. We are happy you enjoyed your vacation, and hope you’ll return to Vasto. We are sorry for the inconvenience with the electric power. At every house in Italy, there are limits on how much electricity you can pull at the same time. The air conditioner doesn’t seem to effect this, but, for example, one is not able to run the dish washer and the clothes dryer or the washing machine at the same time. As I said, this is not unique to our house, or to Vasto. This is all over Italy to keep electrical use contained.

Appartamento molto ampio, luminoso, caldo e pulito. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Ideale per le famiglie. Centro città facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina. Host molto disponibile come anche il gestore locale che ci ha accolto. Consigliatissimo

Appartamento confortevole

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura con un’altra coppia durante l’ultima settimana di agosto. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene! La struttura è ben organizzata, attrezzata con l’occorrente e pulita. C’è un’ampia terrazza con vista mare che consente di pranzare e cenare all’esterno. L’host è stato molto disponibile! Unico piccolo difetto: la vicinanza all’autostrada; tuttavia durante le ore notturne non si sentono i rumori.

Schöner Urlaub in Vasto

Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber aus den USA lief problemlos, er hat uns immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Vor Ort hilft ein Herr aus Vasto. Die Wohnung ist neu, groß, 3-fach klimatisiert und so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung hat einen Lift und befindet sich im 1. Stock. Der Balkon ist windgeschützt, somit perfekt ab dem Nachmittag zu sitzen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon in Richtung Meer ist atemberaubend, leider ohne Markise. Wir hatten zwischen 35 - 40 Grad, die Sonne schien Vormittags und Mittags ungeschützt auf den Balkon. Somit war ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon, aufgrund diese Hitze, leider nur schwer zu ertragen. Internet / W-Lan ist vorhanden, allerdings ist die Stärke und die Verbindung nicht wirklich gut. Vor dem Balkon in Richtung Meer verläuft die Autobahn, Entfernung ca. 200 Meter. Aufgrund der Querfugen sind die Reifengeräusche hörbar. Uns hat es allerdings nicht sehr gestört. Die Wohnung hat noch einen zweiten Balkon auf die Rückseite in Richtung Inland, dort befindet sich auch ein großer Parkplatz für das Auto und im Gebäude gegenüber eine Autowerkstatt mit Autoreinigungsservice. Der Strand ist super, groß und feinsandig, man kann sehr weit hineinlaufen, das Wasser ist super sauber. Vasto ist ein sehr schöner Ort, tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir haben kurzentschlossen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Vasto und gerne auch wieder in diese Wohnung.
