Nestled in a quiet secluded subdivision, the “Ponader House” sits on a large lot perfect for pre-game activities, BBQs, or relaxing by the fire pit. Less than a mile from Notre Dame and Warren Golf Course, and just over a mile from restaurants and shopping. Four-bedroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. Large fully stocked kitchen. First floor laundry. Spacious family room with ample seating for watching the big game on a 55-inch tv. Dining room has a large table for group gatherings and games. Open window sun porch makes for a quiet place to retreat with a glass of wine or a good book. Large driveway for parking. The proximity to the University makes it a perfect place for going to the game, campus visits, or visiting professors.

What a great little house that is perfect for a weekend trip to see the Fighting Irish football team. It was perfect for the four of us (two couples).

Very clean. Nicely decorated and wonderful use of space. Quiet neighborhood with a family of turkeys that visited for morning coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Communication was excellent! Photos were spot on with regard to accommodations, rooms and amenities. Host thought of everything from condiments in the kitchen to the bathroom’s being stocked with toilet paper, towels and shower needs. The house was clean, check-in super easy, check-out quick with expectations being clear and minimal.Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Magical moments
 wild turkey, bunnies, deer, fireflies and more graced the yard during our visit. By far the cleanest STR I’ve ever stayed in. Thoughtful additions added to our comfort. Hosts were kind and communicated well. Loved our stay in Ponader House.

Wonderful Stay

Our group of 6 family members stayed at the house for an event at ND and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, stocked, cozy and welcoming with room for everyone. The location is perfect because it's close to campus but being on the quiet road makes it very peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home in South Bend

This home is wonderful. We rented it for Notre Dame graduation and were able to host an open house for our graduate. The house is larger than the pictures suggest and it was easy to host an event. The hosts have multiple tables and lots of chairs and we were able to use both the inside and outside easily. The neighborhood is quiet, the interior of the home is comfortable, cheerful and is decorated with an ND theme, and the beds are fantastic! The kitchen has everything you need and there are two fridges in the home. All of our group and the guests who attended the party loved the home! The hosts are exceptional. They were easy to reach and very helpful with everything from recommending caterers to providing assistance when there was a power outage due to a storm. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Home away from home!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home and cannot speak more highly of our experience. The home is immaculate and has everything we could ever need. This time we utilized the board games that are available and had a fun night of Pictionary! We also enjoyed seeing the wild turkey who visited several times and the five deer who were in the backyard. This is a great house and we look forward to staying here again.

Charming comfortable home

Stayed with 4 friends. This is a wonderful house. Spotless! Totally everything you need. Games, books, wonderful linens. Comfortable beds! Fully equipped kitchen. Everything seems new. The decorating is like pottery barn. Beautiful pillows with matching throws in every room. Fabulous sun room great stay!!

Baseball Tournament

Great location as it was close to Notre Dame where our grandson played in a baseball tournament. Also close to grocery store as well as restaurants. Kids played some of the board games We cooked out and played cornhole as well. Lisa responded to my question quickly.

ND 50th Reunion

Excellent location! Charming residence. Very accommodating in all ways. The deer in the yard made it all feel so calm. Highly recommended!! If VRBO allowed for more stars in the ratings, they would all be tens
