This ranch style home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a dedicated bunkroom and enough room in the house to sleep 20. Large kitchen with massive island, stainless steel appliances, and sound system. An amazing pool and grotto unlike any other with a pool bar. Basketball court, cornhole, fireplace, outdoor sound, RV parking & dedicated parking on property. This home is surrounded by beautiful vineyards. Will be ideal for large family gatherings.

Perfect Lodi getaway!

This house is amazing!! My family and friends were obsessed! We had the best weekend we didn’t want to leave!! Everything was better than expected! I hope we are able to come back one day!

During our stay, we encountered the following problems:‱The dishwasher was not functioning. We were notified of this on day of arrival.‱There were no basic tools provided to hand-wash dishes (such as a dish rack, dishpan, or drying towels).‱The garbage disposal was not working causing the kitchen sink to back up with water.‱The stove exhaust fan was not functioning.We enjoyed the outdoor amenities.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for groups to spread out, play games, and create memories to laugh about in the future. The kitchen had seating for all to enjoy meals as a complete group and having 2 refrigerators to use was definitely a plus! The pool and hot tub were used by all for fun and relaxation and Nick was quickly responsive with questions, which was much appreciated. Everyone loved the Grotto set up and we are planning to return!

This is our second time staying here.

We enjoyed the home even more this year because they remodeled the rest of the home. The owners are very responsive and seemed to really care about our stay at his vacation home. I liked that the best! This house could only be better for us if it were hot enough to go swimming. Unfortunately, we always stay in October so swimming is a no go for us. We would definitely stay again. It fits us. This year we had 12 spend the night so we fit very comfortably. Just make sure that some of your guest can get up and sleep on a top bunk! The photos are accurate. Nice property Nick!

The Best Evet

We got to the house early and it was still being cleaned. We asked Nick if we could have an early checkin. Since it was still being cleaned, we were able to sit outside in the beautiful yard. We were able to access the house at 11:30am. While we were waiting Nick showed me how to use the pool features on the pool box. Nick made sure everything was perfect for us. He was easy to contact when ever we had a question. And the house is so comfortable with all the amenities the house had to offer. We all had a great time.

Beautiful Oasis

The property is even more beautiful than I was expecting. When we arrived thru the gate I was in awe how beautiful the pool and grounds were. And so spacious!!! There were 17 of us (all family) and we had plenty of room. When we first walked in the house, the owner had music playing for us (nice touch!). Kitchen is huge so we had plenty of room to cook together! Loved the built in bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms for mood lighting and music. Owners thought of a lot of little extras that were very cool. Owner was very accessible. Answered my questions on the first morning very quickly. I appreciated that! I highly recommend this beautiful Oasis!!! I'm hoping to go back one day!

FANTASTIC family Getaway!

Our family of 20 was so happy with our stay here! All beds were super comfortable. It is good to be aware, though, that there is no actual door on the master bathroom. It is luxurious and tucks away for some privacy but, using that particular restroom meant closing off the whole room. A little inconvenient but definitely workable! The kitchen and dining areas fit us absolutely perfectly with a gorgeous island that we definitely took advantage of! But the front yard is what really sold us and it surpassed our expectations! It feels like you're at your own personal resort - With yard games, an amazing two level lagood style pool, waterfall slide and spa cavern! The kids AND the adults all had a amazing time! Host was also super helpful and attentive to our needs while also giving us our privacy and space during our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Great for group of friends celebrating a birthday

Check in was easy, the owner was pretty responsive to requests and accommodating. We stayed here with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. It was a pleasant surprise to find the bathrooms all recently remodeled. The kitchen was outdated but functional and they were just about to remodel it. Could have used a few more kitchen items, more utensils, coffee mugs, and maybe another cutting board. Also, need plastic cups for poolside. Mattresses were new and firm/comfy. Could have used more blankets on the beds (it was a cold weekend in November). But the hot tub in the grotto was awesome! Also, good to note that there is no heater in the large bunk room (there is an a/c though). Overall, great stay and I think the owner will continue to make minor improvements to make it better!

Awesome SPA tub and pool!

This house was awesome and accommodating for a family reunion of 20 and 4 dogs! It’s very spacious and love the open kitchen concept. The hot tub was AWESOME which lights up and is located in a secluded built in cave. However, I would suggest to add some hanging lights along the wall in the cave. It was super foggy/dark as the temperature went up and we weren’t able to get a good picture. Wished could enjoy the pool but it was too cold . Although, the kids didn’t care and still jumped in. Some areas needed fixing but we enjoyed ourselves. The host was very accommodating and responsive! We will definitely return for the summer to enjoy that amazing pool!!!
