Hello friends—welcome to Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, a nearly beachfront home in Pierpont, Ventura. Load the beach wagon, stroll to the sand, and come home for dinner on the patio or an evening around the fire pit. Three bedrooms, a sofa sleeper, and A/C and heating in every room make this a comfortable year-round getaway. Beach gear is included, and dogs are welcome. Hosted with care by Chic Beach Vacations.



***MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME***

Sea Shells by the Sea Shore is spacious, comfortable, and designed for real beach living. Bright interiors and an easy indoor-outdoor flow give everyone room to spread out and come back together for meals, conversation, and time with the family.



Start breakfast in the newly remodeled kitchen while everyone gets ready for the beach. Modern appliances make meals at home convenient, and high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are ready for your downtime.



Mini-split A/C and heating in every room keep your stay comfortable throughout the year—from summer afternoons to cozy evenings after a winter beach walk.



***WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP***

There are three bedrooms:



• Ground-floor bedroom: King bed.

• Upper-floor bedroom: King bed.

• Twin bedroom: Two twin beds.



A sofa sleeper in the ground-floor family room provides an additional sleeping option. Linens and pillows are provided for all sleeping areas.



***BATHROOMS***

There are two full bathrooms and a powder room on the second floor. Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided.



***OUTDOOR SPACE***

The fully fenced patio is ready for meals and time together, with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining for eight, and a fire pit. Pick up something everyone likes for dinner, gather around the table, and enjoy an evening at home.



The balcony offers a partial ocean view—a lovely spot to unwind between outings.



***BEACH DAYS MADE EASY***

The sandy beach is just a short stroll away. A wagon stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella makes getting ready easy. Add your snacks, head to the sand, and come home whenever you’re ready for lunch or a little break.



The laundry room has a washer and dryer for keeping up with clothes during your stay.



***FAMILIES & DOGS***

Sea Shells by the Sea Shore welcomes families, couples, and guests traveling with dogs. The fully fenced patio gives you another private space to enjoy together.



Dogs are welcome for $25 per dog, per stay, payable through your Guest Portal. Please have your dog arrive clean and on flea control. Sorry, no cats.

***PARKING***

Enter from Norwich Lane to access the garage and driveway.



• One car may park in the garage.

• Two cars may park in the driveway.



There is no street parking on Norwich Lane. Street parking is available on New Bedford, subject to posted restrictions and availability.



***GETTING READY FOR YOUR STAY***

After booking, you’ll immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please complete this required step—it triggers delivery of your check-in information.



Once signed, you’ll be sent a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all your important information lives, including arrival details, Wi-Fi, and local recommendations.



***GUEST PORTAL & OPTIONAL EXTRAS***



• Your entry code is released inside your Guest Portal 48 hours before check-in.

• Early check-in options appear five days before arrival and may be requested through your Guest Portal.

• Early check-in and late checkout carry an additional fee and are subject to availability.

• The $25 per dog, per stay fee can be paid through your Guest Portal.

• Requested experiences, such as a private chef, massage session, or boat tour, cost extra and depend on provider availability. Pricing will be confirmed before you commit.



The home’s listed amenities are included in your stay. Optional services and experiences are charged separately.



***OUR BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD***

There is a school nearby, so you may hear children playing during school hours. If you prefer a different setting, please ask—we’re happy to help you find a home that suits your stay. 😊



Quiet hours are taken seriously. Please keep outdoor sound considerate, bring conversations indoors, and turn off outdoor music by 10 p.m. You can continue enjoying your evening quietly inside.

Pierpont is a laid-back coastal neighborhood in Ventura with sandy beaches, local cafés, surf shops, and a welcoming neighborhood feel.



At Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, you can make the beach part of your everyday routine. Take a morning stroll, spend an afternoon on the sand, and come home for dinner on your patio.



Nearby Ventura Harbor offers waterfront dining and opportunities for paddleboarding and boat outings. Coastal bike paths give you another way to enjoy the area, and your Guest Portal includes local recommendations for exploring Ventura.

***GETTING AROUND***

The beach is a short stroll from Sea Shells by the Sea Shore. A car is useful for groceries, visiting Ventura Harbor, and exploring more of Ventura.



Santa Barbara and Malibu are options for a day trip, with travel time depending on traffic.



Access the home’s garage and driveway from Norwich Lane. Parking accommodates one car in the garage and two in the driveway.
