This cozy home will feel like it’s your own. It is an open floor plan for the kitchen/living room but a split floor plan from the master bedroom to the other side of the house for the two smaller bedrooms with each side having their own bathroom. It has everything you would need in the kitchen! Very spacious and newly renovated. It is 3 blocks from downtown Mena and walking distance to Jansen Park Avenue.

Courtney kept us updated on everything we needed to know before we arrived. The house is filled with enough amenities to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean & nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable & there is plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family. Courtney also had a basket of snacks waiting for us in the kitchen along with an assortment of games & several phamplets from local shops, restaurants & places to see. She thought of everything! We would stay there again.

We loved Courtney’s house. It was comfortably laid out, very clean and inviting and served us well. Courtney is a caring host that will work to meet your needs. If we are back in the area, we will be staying there.

Cozy and Welcoming

The house was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything in town you could possibly need. The host had left out snacks and cold drinks in the fridge which our teenagers gladly helped themselves to. We brought our 3 teenage grandkids with us ages 17,16, and 14. Although we only had 3 bedrooms the kids did not complain at all about the large couch and TV in the living room and seemed to really enjoy the space they had. The master bedroom is really nice and fairly large. The whole floorplan of this house is open and the flow of the rooms gives you the feeling you are in a larger space. One thing we noticed about the house was that the host has thought of everything a family would need. In one bedroom there is a high chair and a pack n play for those with babies or young toddlers. I won't hesitate to book out next stay here.

Beautiful home!

We were in town for a wedding, and needed a place for us and our adult children, and this cute little place was perfect! Fully stocked with all we would need for preparing our own little meals and snacks and not far from downtown Mena and our wedding venue. It was perfect, I will keep it in mind for future stays!

Memorable Mena weekend

I can't say enough positive things about Courtney and this VRBO experience. This place is fully stocked and well appointed. It is so cute and homey (and immaculate!). We were in Mena for a sibling gathering. This VRBO was the perfect setting for hugs and reminiscing. The outdoor space worked well for us. Having Janssen Park nearby was great for kids and Mena Public Library just down the block was nice also. Thank you, Courtney, for being a wonderful and thoughtful host for this special weekend.

Conveniently located. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Quiet, well taken care of. Friendly host. We were in town for a Christian Motorcyclists Association event, home is close to town, parks, churches and iron mountain. Would be blessed to be able to stay again someday

An absolute gem

What a cozy stay! The home was clean as a whistle, quiet, and recently updated (it’s gorgeous). Pretty much anything in Mena is a 15 minute drive or less. The owner is so sweet! I highly recommend staying here.

LOVED This Home

We absolutely will stay here again in the future. It was perfect for our stay. Clean, cozy, comfortable, are some of the initial things that come to mind when I look back at our stay. Absolutely beautiful home and location

My family stayed in Mena for a quick weekend for a little Rich Mountain baseball. We went for walks in the morning through the tiny down town and neighborhoods. House had everything u need, we were able to cook for our visiting family as well. The beds are super comfortable and they had plenty of towels and other necessary toiletries! Our 19 year old son said it was his favorite house we have stayed at in Mena. So thanks to the hostess for creating such an amazing home and always a text away when we had any questions.

Great Experience!

We had a sibling "reunion" in Mena. This place was great for us. So cute and super well appointed (stocked). The carport was perfect for grilling and visiting. Location is in a neighborhood and worked out very well for us. We were within walking distance of Jannsen Park, local grocer, coffee, eateries and downtown Mena--quaint and artsy). Courtney was great on every aspect. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental. The house was super clean and appealing to the eye. The hostess was very helpful and the amenities were great. Since I don't have neighbors where I live, the other houses being that close to our location took a little getting used to. The parking in the back was very convenient also. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

excellent remodel

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown. It is also located only 2 blks from a very enjoyable park. We were able to walk to the park and enjoy the ducks in the pond. The house was very well furnished with everything that one would need.
