Pets are allowed with a $30 pet fee per pet.

Things to Note:

Pet Policy- This home is pet friendly however, only one single pet is allowed. Must be smaller than 40 lbs. Pets are allowed with a $30 extra fee and only after notifying host. Any pets brought to property without permission will be asked to be removed and guest will be asked to leave without refund. We ask for advanced notice for cleaning purposes.

A Note about Fresno- Fresno is going through lots of positive changes but remains a bit raw and authentic. It has pockets of amazing areas and some more dilapidated areas. We are located in between both in an older neighborhood. If you aren’t used to seeing all ethnicities, homeless people (on the busier cross-streets) items left out on the street etc, or older homes, please book a hotel in a nice area of town!

Long Term Stays- Are you looking to stay long term? 3 weeks or longer? If so great! We love long term stays, however please be advised that the best time to book an extended stay is at least 6 months in advance. Please check our calendar... if the dates seem unavailable unfortunately, they are.

This home is a duplex. Meaning there are two separate and unshared sides to the one building. The side you will be staying in is towards the front. On the other side will likely be another Airbnb guest. Shared areas between the two sides include a small patio around the corner of the garage. Laundry room also found in this area, keys will be included with your set of door keys!
