Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, in a quiet, safe residential area 5 min off R99, 20 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), 1 min to Supermarket, fast wifi, dining table, 65" TV with 300MB WiFi, BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 1-car garage. Front and backyard securely fenced. There are two security video cameras installed outside, one on the front and the other on the back. A guest should know the host has the discretion to check the video recordings whenever the host feels it necessary.

Great Experience

The house was very nice and the accommodations were great for the amount of people that we had staying. My husband, my mom and a few friends were all attending a concert at the Fresno Save Mart center and it was nice to have a house to go to instead of a loud hotel room. If we are in the area again we will definitely be booking here!

Great location.

House was in a great safe location. House was clean. We had an 1.5 hr drive to sequoia national park and 2 to Yosemite. A couple of minor things I noticed. There weren’t enough towels and washcloths for the 6 of us and we had to ask for some more, which host brought next day. There were only 3 drinking glasses for the 6 of us and several of the pans had loose handles. Both of my kids said bunk beds were loose and they didn’t sleep well the first night did we just used sleeper couch. Host was responsive.

Peaceful stay

I had a very peaceful stay at this home. I was in town for a funeral and loved that I had the whole house to myself. Also loved that there were televisions in two of the three bedrooms and one in the living room. We will definitely book here again when family comes from out of state and meets up in Fresno before going to our cabin in the Sierras. Masato and Ramon were very communicative and allowed me to enter the property an hour earlier than check in since I had arrived early. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large backyard too. Really like that I can park my car in the garage and lock the gate surrounding the property for extra security. Highly-recommend!

Clean, quiet, cozy and conveniently located for your next national park trip

Property is clean and well-maintained, and owner was responsive and helpful with the minor issues we had. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and the house is gated plus has a garage for security/safety. Appliances (stove, washer/dryer) in great working order. Convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants in Fresno, with Whole Foods & some smaller local grocery stores are very close by as well as a pretty wide selection of restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay at the halfway point between Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks.

Family Event in Fresno

The house is very well maintained and extremely clean. The host was very responsive to any questions and proactive in the check in process. Convenient central location. We would 100% stay here again. Perfect size for a group of 4 adults. Nice furnishings as well.

This is my second time staying at a house from this host, property was clean perfect for our stay. Had a little issue with the ceiling fan the host came right away and fixed it Would definitely stay again and would recommend this property.

Nice and cozy

My family and I stayed for a quick trip. The house was easy to find and instructions and communication from the host were awesome. The house was cute and clean, appreciated the additional towels and liked the provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. The would would be great for an extended stay as well, great backyard for kids to play, the extra security of the locking fence and use of the garage were an added bonus.
