I could not recommend this place at all. Floor is very un-level Woke up to black ants i. The kitchen. Host was nice enough to refund our money

After staying several nights the guest sent me a message that they found some small ants in the kitchen. I immediately reponded and offered to send over our exterminator or a refund for thier stay. He accepted the refund. We have numerous perfect reviews and take pride in the property and guests comfort.

Sweet and cozy home

We loved our stay, it was perfect for our daughter’s graduation party. The hot tub was great, and enjoyable. The owner was great and quick to respond.

Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Liked the open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen. They could use a fee more drinking glasses. Also, some new towels. Current towels are a little thin and worn. Sink and bathtub in small bathroom wouldn't drain. I notified the owner (J Reno).

Thanks for the note. We sent over a plumber to address the drain concerns and he only noted the drain plugs were pushed down and no other issues were present. New towels and additional glasses have been provided

Great location and beautiful home

We had a small family gathering with our parents, who are 85 and 88. Getting them in and out of the house through the back door was very safe and easy. The younger guests enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the large backyard. The more adventurous walked down to the trail by the lake and took a morning jog. Great location and beautiful, clean home. Very responsive host.

Peaceful place at Lake Guntersville

We stayed for a long weekend as a delayed anniversary celebration. The property itself was comfortable, well located (we walked to the lake) and peaceful. All the comforts of home were there. BTW, the wifi connection is incredibly good! Everything from groceries to restaurants are close by. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

A few days away

Some friends wanted a few days away. We chose Gunterville, Alabama. The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very relaxing and being in walking distance of the waterfront made it even better.

Wonderful getaway home

This little beauty not far from Lake Guntersville had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Very clean and well stocked . Hot tub out back and a large grill and seating in the charming back yard. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare all your meals if you wanted. My family and I would will certainly be booking this lovely home again as the rest of our family lives pretty close by. Communication was excellent. A+

Nice place

All though this residence is NOT on the lake…. It is within walking distance to the lake & walking trial or a short ride to the public dock access, a beautiful park, nice playground. It was a short distance to points of interest in the area. A unique little town surrounded by the lake.
