Bayamón es un lugar céntrico de P.R. se destaca en la posición geográfica turística del Área Metropolitana ya que todos los puntos turísticos partiendo desde este lugar se transita y tiene un acceso más rápido en las carreteras principales del país para poder turistear y conocer a P.R. Los huéspedes tienen disponible todo el apartamento del primer nivel. El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones con cama tamaño Queen. 1 baño, sala, cocina y la terraza marquesina que tiene una vista rural de hermoso paisaje.
Relájate en esta escapada única y tranquila. Ya sea para vacacionar o para quedarte por trabajo. El ambiente está preparado para que puedas disfrutar de todas las comodidades que necesites. A 30 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Muñoz Marín, 25 a 30 minutos áreas turísticas donde puedes disfrutar de buenos restaurantes, playas e ir de compras llegando a Isla verde, Condado, Calle Loíza “Piñones”, San Juan (Capital de P.R.) donde paseas por el viejo San Juan que se encuentre el Morro, Plaza las Américas Mall. El Yunque (Nacional Forest) queda a 57 minutos. El Yunque es el único bosque tropical lluvioso que pertenece al sistema de bosques nacionales. Con sus casi 29,000 acres, es uno de los de menor tamaño en extensión territorial, pero uno de los bosques nacionales de mayor diversidad biológica.

Cozy place in the Mountains

Is definitely a rare gem, very clean, everything worked, very cozy and a nice view from the balcony. Its a little hard to find because its up in the mountains but the host was very helpful with helping to find it and responding.

Cozy Home

I loved this home I felt like I was in mine. It has a Spectacular view, calm, and quiet also clean and provides you with all the comforts for your stay. The excellent host is always available to help you. I honestly didn’t want to leave.

Stay was GREAT, I’m from Philly so if you not used to seeing lizards it’ll surprise you but you gotta understand we are in Puerto Rico but it just was a surprise but besides that I had a great stay

A lovely house near San Juan

this is a lovely house in the hills that we used as a base to explore eastern Puerto Rico. We visited several rum tours and the forts of, and old San Juan, as well as a trip to the snorkeling beaches on the very north east coast of PR. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. This location had the best 'night sounds' with several Coqui frogs trying to out call each other along with many other night callers. We would easily stay at this property again

Experience life for most Puerto Ricans

This property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts are accessible and responsive. It is located in a semi-rural area within the city of Bayamón. You can experience how most Puerto Ricans live while maintaining convenient access to beaches and cultural sites. Olé Olé (20 min), Metropol (15 min) and Hornofino (10 min) offer excellent dining options. Get tasty mallorcas at Lemy - a wonderful bakery 15 min away.

Peaceful

Our stay at Casa Minillas was short as we were there to lay our father to rest who had just passed away. However, it felt like a home away from home. From the moment I contacted the property owner he was quite accommodating and gracious, especially under the circumstances of our visit. The home is very lovely and comfortable and has quite peaceful views which is just what we needed. We felt safe at all times and anytime we had any questions or concerns, the owners were easily accessible and prompt in providing the services that we needed. This is a home that I recommend and believe that anyone would be blessed to stay in. It truly is a hidden gem.

It was perfect

I loved the house , for what I wanted to do and what I was looking for in my vacation - this quiet neighborhood and home were perfect and a good size! I did wish the backdrop was more tropical than what pictures led me on to believe, this is right in the middle of a neighborhood - however it is a quiet and calm one! Which still made it feel secluded enough for me. The sunrises were beautiful. The roosters that live everywhere in PR really take their duties seriously and I it was entertaining. If you are looking to do early morning activities out of Bayamón there is a lot of weekday traffic and it alters your commute by anywhere up to 30 minutes+ I made it work. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and accommodating. They were quick to respond with any questions.

Me encanto esta casa como que extendí mi estadía dos veces más y no me quede porque tenía que regresar a mi trabajo. Espero, regresar pronto y aquí me voy a quedar sin pensarlo.
