Welcome to Isla Breeze Studio, a newly remodeled, spacious 550 sq. ft. retreat on a high floor of the iconic ESJ Tower.

This stylish and comfortable getaway is fully equipped with everything you need, including a king bed, pull-out sofa, a kitchenette, and in-unit laundry. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views, sip your morning coffee on your private balcony, and step outside to enjoy direct access to the pristine Isla Verde Beach—one of Puerto Rico’s most stunning shorelines.

We had an incredible stay at this high-floor ESJ studio, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the beach right from the room was unforgettable.The location is perfect, with direct beach access, making it super convenient to step out and enjoy the ocean anytime. Check in process was seamless, all the needed info was clearly provided with picture instructions to make it even clearer. Elevator in the building is fast, never a long wait. The gate in the back to the sea does close at 7pm so plan for that. Comfortable beautiful condo, we had an amazing time. Parking also included for free and you can come in and out as many times as you want. Washer and dryer inside the unit is also so convenient. If planning to use the coffee maker, bring your own cream.

The unit was a nice size...a little strange though as the bathroom was right off the kitchen with frosted barn doors. You can see the sea from the balcony but there are a lot of buildings in the view as well. Very close to the airport, we were able to watch the planes take off. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

A few notes for future guests based on your comments: Bathroom layout: This studio does have a more modern, open-concept design, and the bathroom is located just off the kitchen area with frosted barn-style doors. The frosted glass is intended to allow light while still providing privacy, but we understand the layout can feel a bit unconventional depending on what guests are used to. View from the balcony: ESJ Towers is a beachfront building, and the unit offers a sea/ocean view from the balcony. Because it’s in an active resort area, the view also includes nearby buildings—so it’s not a completely unobstructed panorama, but you can absolutely see the water and enjoy the coastal setting. Airport proximity: We’re also happy the location worked well for you. Being close to the airport is definitely convenient for arrivals and departures, and some guests do enjoy the unique experience of watching planes take off. This property was absolutely stunning! 10 out of 10! I loved the game room and full bar right in the lobby! The view was breathtaking! The elevators and communal areas always looked and smelled very clean. I would definitely come back and stay. Communication with the host was immaculate, always willing to help and attentive! The layout of the condo was updated and modern. The beach was right off the property with no need to book prior excursions since there was plenty to do on site! The nightlife was safe and fun. Lots of restaurants and easy to get around via Uber or Lyft. I have to add that parking was great. It was easy to locate and the security guards were so helpful with the parking pass and any general questions! Overall, we had an amazing time. The building was easy to locate once we arrived. The unit was perfect down to the toiletries! The shampoo, conditioner, body wash smelled so nice! Thank you!

My stay at the condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. As a solo female traveler, that is very important to me. The view is a 10/10 and the highlight of the unit. Watching the planes take off was awesome! When the doors are closed, it’s not loud at all. I absolutely loved it and will stay again in the future. The communication with the host was also very good.

Breathtaking views!

Incredible views and plenty to do! The beach is just steps away, and there’s even a casino right next door. Restaurants are within walking distance, and everything you need is right here. The washer and dryer are such a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Many of the beachfront condo buildings in Isla Verde were built in the 1960s–1980s, so it’s common for some common areas to reflect their age. That said, the buildings are very solid and hurricane-resistant, and we keep our apartment itself modern, clean, and comfortable so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. Very clean room with air conditioning, laundry, kitchenette, and super comfortable bed. The building has hotel amenities such as parking, security, a bar, coffee shop, cashier, and easy access to a nice beach. The building common areas could use a little updating, but they are clean, and the suite itself is well-maintained and updated. The view from the balcony is one of the ocean, but there are some buildings that (only slightly) obscure the view. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for the airport noise…although it only bothered me the first night. The host is wonderful, attentive and has helpful suggestions! I would return to this property.

It was a beautiful room, but the view pictured left me thinking it was a direct view of the ocean and none of the notes or codes were provided. I called to get them. I wish they were sent to e-mail or texted to my phone, but they were not.

A couple of clarifications that may help future guests: Ocean view / photos: ESJ Towers is a beachfront building, and the studio is an ocean-view unit. The ocean-view photo in our listing is taken from inside the studio, facing the balcony sliding door, which is the same perspective guests see when standing in that area. As with any high-rise building, the exact “feel” of the view can vary slightly depending on where you’re standing in the room (and of course weather/lighting), but the unit does provide an ocean view and you are just steps from the beach. Notes & access codes: For security and to keep everything in one place, we provide all check-in notes and door/access codes through the VRBO platform. We don’t typically send those details by email/text unless a guest requests it, but we are always happy to do so when asked. We’re sorry for the inconvenience of having to call—thank you for reaching out so we could get you taken care of right away. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’ll use it to improve by adding an extra reminder for guests to check their check-in instructions on the VRBO App before arrival (and to let us know if they prefer text/email delivery). ESJ Towers is our favorite place to stay! The apartment is beautiful, full of sunlight, clean and fresh. Great views and direct access to the beach. Alice was a great host & very accommodating! We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for everything!

Awesome place

Exactly like showed on the listing. This place is new, well decorated with an awesome view of the ocean. Multiple outlets to charge your devices and all new pots and pans.Location is great, right next to The Fairmont and direct private access to the beach.Will return for sure.
