Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles, Coachella Valley is an oasis for those looking for an escape from the daily grind. Surrounded by picturesque vistas and mountains–as well as an abundance of golf courses, spas, and hiking trails–this desert destination is a must-visit. It's also the location for the nation's most famous music event, the Coachella Music & Arts Festival. No matter what time of year, there's always something exciting going on.

Home Truths:
- This is a buyout of two homes located near each other.
- This buyout has a maximum occupancy of 22.
- Pool heat is available for $150 per day per property, and you have the option to heat both or just one property. Make sure to send a request at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Quinta Blue and Quinta Green are available to be rented individually.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
Quinta Blue: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.
Quinta Green: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Requirements prior to check-in: the responsible persons must be provided a copy of the good neighbor brochure and they must execute a formal acknowledgment that they are legally responsible.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Great place depending on your needs
Place was great for us. We were in 2 houses. We were a large group of 24, 20 adults 4 children, Common areas were large yard was large. There were issues with both houses some were fixed others not. There were no BBQ tools for either house. They did bring 1 set after I called. The jacuzzi dis not work at the small house . We reported it but were told they could not do it. The cooking utensils at both houses were non existent. They brought a spatula for one house bought not the other. The garage door was not working well at the large house. Other than the spa not working and the lack of cooking utensils the other items were minor. In the big house only two rooms out of seven have closets or even pegs to hang up clothes. We will probably stay next year but will be prepared to supply our own utensils. Be aware they have a metal plate with bolts sticking up that could severely injure your foot, It is next to the pool in an area that you frequently walk barefoot and it would be easy to kick or step on. This is a massive liability lawsuit waiting to happen. All that aside it was a perfect place for our group.

Great golf house.
Group of 16 of us stayed in the two houses, plenty of room. Houses are right next door to each other. Great location if you’re there to play golf.
