Our weekend stay in La Quinta was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was beyond perfect. The service, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the comfort… honestly, 10 out of 10 on EVERYTHING! The staff made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway weekend. Every detail was top-notch, and you can truly tell they care about their guests. Thank you for such an incredible experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little paradise in La Quinta!

Smooth and easy check in. Avant- Stay texted almost everyday to see how things went. Bedrooms and bathrooms large and great. We only had 4 people so each had their own bedroom/bathroom. Did not use the Casita. Beautiful backyard. Only negative I would say were TVs hard to manipulate. Maybe leave specific instructions. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Was pleased how clean the inside and grounds were for the wear a rental gets. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Pool, spa was nice with very nice outdoor furniture. Enjoyed family meals outside at the large patio table. Owners provided great games for the family including a shuffleboard and ping pong tables! If weather had been a challenge (although we had great weather to enjoy outside) the inside did not have a large dining table or enough seating in the family room for us to sit together. Great location!

Enjoyed this lovely home in La Quinta. We have a home in Palm Desert that was flooded so our annual June trip needed to be relocated. This was a wonderful home with everything we needed for a fabulous trip.

Family Golf Trip

Wish we stayed longer

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There was lots of room for the 12 of us and the location was beautiful with the golf course right in the backyard and the mountains in the background.

Very nice well-equipped home. Our group of four senior couples look annually for an escape week to relax and catch up socially. This home fit our group dynamic perfectly. We booked originally for five couples; the home easily accommodates five couples with king/queen beds and individual bathrooms. It is difficult to find a one level home with amenities such as Monroe. Holiday weekend

The home was great....we had ample space & bedrooms. The backyard view was beautiful and our grandkids enjoyed the pool/spa. At he last minute we requested an early check-in and AvantStay was able to accommodate.

Great quiet getaway

It’s a large home with many rooms all have bathrooms. Great family vacation spot. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Management is very quick at responding. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The home is a wonderful venue for a multi-family vacation! Spacious, yet private, with a common area large enough to accommodate 12. The outdoor area provided hours of entertainment and game playing with the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating/tv. I would definitely rent it again.

Very nice large residence in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen. Nice patio and pool. Wi-fi didn't work and home could use some updating but overall, a good place to stay.

Beautiful spot for a family vacation

Loved our stay in this spacious home with a beautiful backyard and pool area. Stunning mountain views. Only issue was Avantstay folks took too long to respond each time we reached out. 12+ hours with a beeping smoke alarm was far too long.
