We enjoyed our stay. Very nice house and enjoyable hot tub and swimming pool. We also enjoyed the porch to sit at outside!

jacqueline caseySun, May 31, 9:32 AM (1 day ago)to meHello just a few things ...the dishwasher doesn't work ... the screen on the back door was ripped when we got here and the home does not sleep 12 .... we would have brought additional amenities had we know ... there are plumbing issues... garbage disposal doesn't work and there must have been an issue before we arrived a box fan and wet shirt were on the floor under the kitchen sink, so obviously there were plumbing issues before we arrived...had we known there would not have beenFoil, no sharp knives... 1/2 roll of paper towels, the pool is not a pool as advertised the pics are deceptive. No privacy ... even if we wanted to swim... that really should be disclosed in your description.... for twelve people ... very few towels or wash cloths,... lots tripping hazards due to uneven threshold and unfinished thresholds. The house was not clean.For the amount of money we paid for this place we were sorely disappointed... I'mAsking you to refund half of the money we paid Let me know asap what your intentions are? Fantastic place for our bachelorette group. Easy commute to southwest Omaha. Great patio, plenty of space and activities. Host was even kind enough to let us check in early to decorate

The host was great interactions were very positive amd immediate responses. The only reason for rating is condition of home and contents. Specifically the cleaniness of kitchen items. We also couldnt use front bedroom as there were no curtains in room and daughter did not feel safe to sleep there.

Took my grandaughters to the Omaha Zoo and this was a perfect place to stay! They loved the pool and basketball court.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY TO STAY HERE. This property is advertised family friendly, 0-up in age. It is not safe. The pictures listed are to the original remodel of this property. They have not been updated. Pool was dirty, not working until it was serviced second day of our stay. Bird poop covered the entire outdoor area (pool boy sprayed down). Second grill brought on property, to find out guest is responsible for providing propane. Floor boards around pool not screwed down, screws hanging out. Trampoline springs not protected properly, small children can get hurt. Baby gate upstairs is mesh and broken, these things are very unsafe for small children. Outdoor fireplace and grill built in do not work. Garbage disposal broken and stinks in and under sink. Hinges undone on bedroom door and cabinet door. Shower floor drain clogged. Projector in basement has so much dust you cannot view left side of screen. Tile falling off of outdoor pillars. We needed to buy batteries to get the remotes to work for TV’s. The host was disrespectful and not concerned for safety issues. Not willing to work with us on compensation. “Pool boy” is random maintenance man. Broken pieces of outdoor space just lying off on the side of property. The place simply has not maintained. Esthetically appealing, but not well kept. Very disappointed with the stay and did not enjoy due to the safety hazards for our children. I do not recommend you spend your money here.

Visited for our son's baseball tournament and College World Series. The house is in a great neighborhood with all the amenities nearby. Owner communicated well and house was clean and well stocked.

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! Great Location, felt very safe in this location and the house had Everything we needed. The TV did not work on the main floor and was not fixed on our visit but we were not there to watch TV so it was fine. We Did let the Host know so it could be fixed for the next guests.

The photos for the listing are deceptive and do not accurately reflect the property. In person, the finish carpentry and overall quality of the home is poor. The endless pool did not work. The water in the pool and the hot tub was dirty and not maintained well. The back door did not lock and relied on a flimsy combination of a wooden stick and metal stopper. The basement toilet tank topper had a large crack in it. Molded food was left in the kitchen sink disposal; which also did not function along with the dish washer. The projector screen in the basement had something scattered all over the screen and a lens burn. The audio/soundbar also did not work and I relied on a Bluetooth speaker I brought. The A/C was not functioning and as a result left the interior temperature at 84 degrees during the day. The basement also had water leakage from a thunder storm. The host failed to take accountability for the issues. The host suggested using utensils to turn the gears in order to get the disposal working again. The host had someone fix the A/C issue after I had checked out and inferred their annoyance for paying weekend pay for a simple fix. The host inferred the basement water issue was due to a gutter extender being removed by myself despite a severe thunderstorm with severe winds the night before. The host communicated quickly but did so with poor customer service.

Family play date

My children and their families live a distance from me and each other. We wanted a place to hang out together, cook and eat casually, and yet spend a bit of time at interesting venues. This house allowed us to do just that.

Family getaway

Kids had fun in the pool, nice size for them. Trampoline was a favorite. Grill was dirty. Moldy coffee filter with grounds in the coffee pot. Dishes/pans were dirty with crumbs or slimey feeling-just rinsed or washed before we used. Front door entry had cobwebs with broken bird eggs from nest above and bugs. Great location, trail for walking was nice.

Underwhelmed

The property looks very nice in photos but overall was not that impressive. We stayed with our family of all ages for the weekend. The basketball court and trampoline were very nice to have (be sure to bring your own balls). The hot tub and pool were quite dirty and we were not able to get the pool jets working. The listing says it sleeps 12 but there are only 4 beds and the other sleeping spots are couches. Not ideal for adults. Dishes and towels were dirty. The house has potential but there just isn’t a lot of attention to detail.

Great amenities!

This house has so many great amenities! We loved all the activities we could do right at the house. It’s the perfect place for a staycation. The beds were clean and didn’t have a super strong fabric softener smell, which we appreciated so much. Also, the house itself also didn’t smell strongly of air fresheners, which we also really appreciated, we deal with allergies and that is a huge plus. The kitchen was not clean, the counters and stove were clean but the cookware was old and grimy, the cabinets were sticky and there were a lot of crumbs in the cabinets. We do a lot of cooking on vacation so a clean and functional kitchen is really important to us. Additionally, the pool and hot tub had a lot of debris in them which made it less fun to be in.
