Good stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice house and enjoyable hot tub and swimming pool. We also enjoyed the porch to sit at outside!

Bachelorette trip

Fantastic place for our bachelorette group. Easy commute to southwest Omaha. Great patio, plenty of space and activities. Host was even kind enough to let us check in early to decorate

The host was great interactions were very positive amd immediate responses. The only reason for rating is condition of home and contents. Specifically the cleaniness of kitchen items. We also couldnt use front bedroom as there were no curtains in room and daughter did not feel safe to sleep there.

Took my grandaughters to the Omaha Zoo and this was a perfect place to stay! They loved the pool and basketball court.

Visited for our son's baseball tournament and College World Series. The house is in a great neighborhood with all the amenities nearby. Owner communicated well and house was clean and well stocked.

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! Great Location, felt very safe in this location and the house had Everything we needed. The TV did not work on the main floor and was not fixed on our visit but we were not there to watch TV so it was fine. We Did let the Host know so it could be fixed for the next guests.

Family play date

My children and their families live a distance from me and each other. We wanted a place to hang out together, cook and eat casually, and yet spend a bit of time at interesting venues. This house allowed us to do just that.

Family getaway

Kids had fun in the pool, nice size for them. Trampoline was a favorite. Grill was dirty. Moldy coffee filter with grounds in the coffee pot. Dishes/pans were dirty with crumbs or slimey feeling-just rinsed or washed before we used. Front door entry had cobwebs with broken bird eggs from nest above and bugs. Great location, trail for walking was nice.

Underwhelmed

The property looks very nice in photos but overall was not that impressive. We stayed with our family of all ages for the weekend. The basketball court and trampoline were very nice to have (be sure to bring your own balls). The hot tub and pool were quite dirty and we were not able to get the pool jets working. The listing says it sleeps 12 but there are only 4 beds and the other sleeping spots are couches. Not ideal for adults. Dishes and towels were dirty. The house has potential but there just isn’t a lot of attention to detail.

Great amenities!

This house has so many great amenities! We loved all the activities we could do right at the house. It’s the perfect place for a staycation. The beds were clean and didn’t have a super strong fabric softener smell, which we appreciated so much. Also, the house itself also didn’t smell strongly of air fresheners, which we also really appreciated, we deal with allergies and that is a huge plus. The kitchen was not clean, the counters and stove were clean but the cookware was old and grimy, the cabinets were sticky and there were a lot of crumbs in the cabinets. We do a lot of cooking on vacation so a clean and functional kitchen is really important to us. Additionally, the pool and hot tub had a lot of debris in them which made it less fun to be in.

Omaha Slumbuster Baseball

The property was fantastic and working the management company was very easy. Only issue is the neighbor thinks quiet hour begins at 9pm and the book inside the house says 10pm. She also did not want the kids in her yard, (which is understandable), but the sport court is next to the fence and basketballs bounce over. When I asked her how we should handle it (knock on her door, etc) when a ball went in her yard, she said she preferred that the kids didn’t play at all! So just be aware of the “Karen” next door!!!

Special Occasion Family Gathering

Property was just as described...wonderful space for a family gathering of 9 people (adults and teens). Convenient location off of I-80 in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy master bed, large bright kitchen and seating for all. Bathrooms were very clean and plenty of towels provided. Jetted pool/hot tub were great! We brought our own supplies, but noticed some cleaning/laundry provisions. Would recommend that property managers add such amenities to the description, and perhaps provide a box of facial tissues for one or two bathrooms. Few minor issues: inside of refrigerator needed a wipe down prior to use, not all of the remote-controlled living room blinds could be adjusted, and the outdoor fireplace pilot light couldn't be lit, despite following the thorough instructions. Overall, a comfortable stay with many amenities for a large group with teens (and children) to enjoy!

Family Weekend Getaway

We stayed in this house for 2 nights. Upon arrival the property was very inviting and clean. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures online. It was perfect for young children with the outside enclosed backyard and also downstairs with the projector screen and large couch. They had toys downstairs as well and some board games available. They had extra pool towels available for the pool. The excercise pool was heated to 98 degrees which was pleasantly warmer than I thought it would be, but the acutal hot tub was only 89 degrees and wouldn't get any hotter and an error said something to the extent of "water flow disruption". I didn't bother contacting the manager since the larger pool part was enough for all of us to be in. The trampoline was nice, but a few springs were missing so I think they could fix this to make it safer even though it had a top cover over the springs. The thing we wish the house had was an actual dining table that would make it easier for a family to play board or card games. The dining table they have was built onto the kitchen island which was very nice but made it hard to play games together after meals. A couple of other things I had wished I had while there when preparing food in the kitchen were a set of cutting knives and a kitchen scissors. Otherwise, the house was well equipped with easy instructions to follow. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, and kleenex. Also added bonus is the master bath had a bidet toilet. Great house!
