Regarding the coffee machine, a claim was submitted based on its condition after checkout, with photos provided. I’m sorry if this impacted your overall experience and review. Regarding the scents in the home: we use a light floral air freshener between guests to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere. However, I understand scent preferences vary, and I appreciate your input. The home is strictly non-smoking, but I will investigate your note about the kitchen smell further. As for the closets, they are available for guest use, and I’ll make sure to inspect them for any mustiness and address it promptly.
