Minutes to downtown and ski resorts.

This home consists of two units. Each has its own Private Entrance, Laundry, Thermostat, great insulation and nothing is shared. This listing is the bottom unit.

Luxury at its best!
- 2 King beds. 1 Queen.
- Memory foam mattresses/pillows.
- State of the art insulation, blocks noises, foot steps, and smells.
- Separate thermostat with Humidifier/Purifier, blackout shades, softened water.
- Minutes from downtown & Ski Resorts

The space
One of the bedrooms is a master with bathroom.
There are two King Beds, One Queen Bed and a bench bed that can be extended to a bed that would comfortably sleep one or two more people. There are extra pillows and linens if needed.

Other things to note
- Studio quality sound proofing insulation throughout for maximum quietness and comfort.

- Central Air System includes Purifier & Humidifier. Salt Lake Valley has air pollution problem and your sleeping quality will improve with clean air.

- Clean Water, water softener and filter installed.

Could Be Better

The downstairs area we stayed in had a few issues. The walls have clearly been damaged in the past. It doesn't make for a good look. The floors were dirty. The area as a whole, did not smell good. The sheets had an odor to them. You can hear the people upstairs when they walk around. We could not keep the AC at a comfortable setting. Whatever was being cooked upstairs could be smelled downstairs. I've stayed in better, I've stayed in worst.

Excellent Place!

The property is lovely...the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, everything is modern and new. Highly recommend for anyone staying in SLC. The city is only 20 min away. I would stay here again.

Spacious apartment with superb host.

Spent 2 weeks here on a ski trip. Everything could not have been easier. The place was spacious and comfortable and true to the photos. Adam was super responsive and quickly provided replacements for a few missing kitchen basics.

Very comfortable and having 3 bedrooms was great for a family. Fully stocked kitchen, fast wifi, comfy beds. Close to downtown Murray with restaurants and shopping. Owners had great communication.

Great visit

We went to Utah to have Thanksgiving with some family that lives there we realized we did not have enough seats for our dinner and the host was kind enough to bring us some all in all everything was great. The house has a really nice layout for its size.

We were very pleased with the appearance when we first walked in. Property is well maintained and easy to find. Beds are comfy. Host was quite responsive and answered our questions. We traveled to SLC to complete the Revel Big Cottonwood race. Would definitely recommend .

Siblings get-away

This property was a great location for our family to reunite. We had a siblings trip to celebrate our youngest sisters 60 th birthday. With 3 siblings and spouses, the 2 king beds and 1 queen bed rooms were very comfortable. The location was great for evertything we wanted to do. Check-in was easy and the place was just like in the pictures. Having a park right across the street was convenient for evening strolls.
