Chalet d'invitĂ©s autonome. Nous venons de terminer l'ajout de nouveaux tapis et de nouvelles peintures en dĂ©cembre 2016, ainsi que les comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et le nouveau dosseret. Nouvel ameublement et nouveaux lits avec Ă©dredon de plumes. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Maison privĂ©e avec de belles vues de Little Cottonwood Canyon. Moins de 10 minutes Ă  Alta et Snowbird stations de ski. PrĂšs de Brighton et Park City ski ainsi. RĂ©cemment remis Ă  neuf et prĂȘt pour vos vacances reposantes. Profitez de la cheminĂ©e de gaz et de regarder la neige tomber. Facile Ă  pied de l'arrĂȘt de bus / parc et monter Ă  deux stations Alta et Snowbird. AccĂšs au bain chaud et barbecue. zone Gazebo. Salon avec une grande TV HD, bluRay et TV directe avec chaĂźnes de cinĂ©ma, salle Ă  manger, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, salle de bain complĂšte au niveau principal. 1 chambre Ă  coucher principale et 1 grande chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage avec 1/2 salle de bain. Loft a un lit double, siĂšge d'amour confortable, TV HD 32 pouces avec BluRay et beaucoup de DVD. Un local Ă  skis. The stay was incredible! Extremely clean, cozy, comfortable! The views were excellent and the time was very well enjoyed. The owners were super friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns! Great location! And the cottage had everything we needed. There was a small issue with the TV but the host corrected it right away. Lovely property.

I was hoping for a quiet weekend at a private place. The outdoor sitting area was around the corner from the main house but the host said their grandkid was coming over the next day and will probably be running around. The hottub was just outside their house door with new puppies barking at you when you go over there. The only part that's really private was inside the house. And even some of the windows didn't have any kind of blinds or curtains to cover it. The throw blankets also smelled like dog and like they haven't been washed in a year. I thought this place would be private but it's a fixed up separate garage. It's not what I was hoping for.

Check in was very easy and the owner met us and gave us a quick tour. They have a helpful video all about the property and where to park. We arrived late at night and this made things much more straightforward.

It was smaller then the pictures made it look. My husband kept hitting his head on the ceilings. We got in the hot tube but there was so many chemicals it hurt our eyes and made us cough the whole time. It was very beautiful and peaceful. They really think about a lot of things you might need.

The ultimate staycation

My only regret of this wonderful cozy place is that I didn't enjoy it more. For someone who is a workaholic in their professional life and 100% INHERENTLY lazy in their personal life, this place is perfect. Every nook and cranny is inviting and made for comfort. Next time I'm staying in. Thank you.

Such a cute little place. The outdoor space was great. The view is amazing. And the owner was super friendly and answered questions right away. The little touches throughout were so thoughtful. If you want a little fun adventure right on the property the owners put out little birds in the backyard to find. I highly recommend this property.

Need to get away

The Ivy Cottage Was a great get away and the location is amazing with awesome views from the backyard! Eric was very helpful with information about the area. It was very relaxing and the trails are just awesome.

Cozy

This was a very cozy cottage. The owners had literally everything you could need. I had forgotten my razor and there was one provided. The kitchen was well stocked, even though we never cooked. Overall a very positive experience. This is right next to the owner’s house so you will see them tending their garden and letting their dogs out, so I could see some may wish for something a little more private. However, they were never intrusive and pretty much left us alone. The location was spectacular, and the views breathtaking.

I grew up in Utah. Married for over 41 years with 4 adult children and 10 grandkids. We moved to the Sandy area for our Children to be closer to their grandparents. We love the area and the people and want to share this fantastic location with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love living at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We enjoy the wildlife that come to visit our yard. They love the pine trees and the deer like to munch on apples hidden in the snow during the winter or maybe steel a tomato from the garden. Lots of birds for those who love to listen to them sing or just like to watch them. We are close to many bike and hike trails for our summer time guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This area feels comfortable with majestic views of the canyons and large trees. Quiet, dead end road with large yards. Gas fireplace to create that romantic atmosphere. Even though we are right at the mouth of little cottonwood canyon, we are not on a busy road. We sit on a ridge to the west of Wasatch Blvd which gives us awesome view of the canyon. We've tried to provide everything you can think of to make your stay a fabulous experience. We are easy to reach and are happy to give you a tour of the property. We respect your privacy.
