Newly renovated backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. One street away from beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and the Levitt Shell. Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

Lovely free-standing apartment in a quiet neighborhood near Overton Park. Host was communicative and kindly accommodating. We'll definitely stay here in the future.

The place was perfect for us. We loved the snacks that were left for us to enjoy. It was spacious and so cute. The neighborhood was clean and safe. If we had more time, we would have loved to walk around the area.

Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there.

Nice, convenient stay! We were very pleased with the location and cute, safe neighborhood. The host was super pleasant and communicative. Was a great spot to stay with dogs - fully fenced back yard. All the listed amenities were included- plus snacks! Would stay again!

We stayed one night in Memphis and wished we would’ve been able to spend a few more nights. It was clean, cute and spacious. We will stay here again if we are in the Memphis area again.

The communication was well beyond what I expected. The room was cozy and priced below what I have paid for similar accommodations. Street side parking concerned me, but the neighborhood was great and we had no issues.

This is a beautiful historic area of Memphis. This darling backhouse was perfect for our long weekend to attend the Rhodes College graduation. We highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what we wanted!

My wife and I planned a three day trip to Memphis to explore and see some sites such as Graceland, Sun Studios, and Beale Street. These were the perfect accommodations. It was private and had plenty of room for the two of us. Located in a safe neighborhood, we were able to walk to the Memphis Zoo and local restaurants and were just a few blocks from Overton Park which is a great place for walks/hikes. Everywhere else we went was a short Uber ride. Katy is a great host. Very friendly and responsive and gave great suggestions.We highly recommend and would stay again!

Lovely, private, peaceful

The neighborhood is gorgeous and very safe! Less than 5 minutes to the zoo, art museum, park, and plenty of restaurants! The back house is spacious and serves all needs with a stocked kitchen and bathroom! Private and peaceful, which is just what I was looking for during my weekend getaway! Great host too! She responds quickly and addresses all needs!

The full kitchen and lovely bath are the highlights of this small studio. You are in my backyard and have a cozy outside seating area where you can enjoy my small garden area and bird bath!
