Ce chalet est à distance de marche parfaite de Starbucks, du supermarché Kroger, de nombreux commerces et établissements de restauration. À 5 minutes de tout ce que Midtown et l'Université de Memphis ont à offrir .... Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Levitt Shell, Overton Square .... + de 20 restaurants, bars, cinéma, Ballet Memphis, 2 groupes de théâtre et musique live. 15 minutes en voiture des attractions du centre-ville et à 20 minutes de Graceland.
Je suis un entrepreneur et designer local qui a rénové ce chalet à de nouveaux sommets, avec une attention aux détails. Tout est nouveau. La cuisine a une cuisinière à gaz et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un repas mémorable. Le coin repas confortable peut accueillir quatre personnes et sert également de poste de travail pratique.
La chambre à coucher comprend un lit queen-size, une literie et des draps luxueux. 2 TVHD avec câble, Netflix et WiFi fournis à mes invités. Comprend l'utilisation d'un parking One Car Garage à quelques pas de l'entrée. Mon objectif dans le choix des finitions et du mobilier était de fournir une qualité d'hôtel supérieure à celle d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, je sais si j'ai atteint mon objectif !! Si j'ai raté quelque chose, faites-le moi savoir et il vous sera fourni.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after long days. The colors and decor really made it a very cozy and relaxing place. Ben was great about communicating with us and was very helpful. The area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect distance from anything you might need! Anything from Target, restaurants, coffee shops/bakeries and groceries are all within an easy 10 minute drive. Having a washer n dryer was a nice perk, it would have been helpful to include a few laundry pods, but that's minor. Only thing that would have made this a 5 star review would be upgrading the pots n pans in the kitchen. We cooked all our meals for the weekend and the pans all had the teflon scraped off and scratched. This was the only downside I can think of, other than that Great place to get work done or just relax!

We had a great time visiting Memphis. This property is very comfortable and it was easy to navigate around Memphis from there. We really liked that we could walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Ben is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Convenient East Memphis Location

Everything about this apartment was great! Close enough to a major street making access to all the neighborhood has to offer, but deep enough on the side street so traffic noise was never an issue. The apartment is ample enough for two people and it has everything you need to have a very pleasant sray.

Loved this cozy one bedroom space. House seems to be split into 2-3 apartments. Would recommend a light on the front porch and a number on the apartment door as when you come in you have three unmarked doors to choose from. Loved the old wood floors and Roku TVs were great. Well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer! Close to everything and walkable to Kroger. Felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. Will totally stay again when in Memphis.

Short Memphis Trip

Very good place for our short trip to Memphis. We had access to a garage which was much appreciated. The unit was a bit worn but overall clean and all that we needed. It was very close to business area with restaurants that could be walked to. We had a pleasant stay.

Check in/out process was easy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 mins to the Memphis zoo and Botanical Garden. 15 minutes to Beale Street and 20 to Graceland. A beer garden within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location and reasonably priced. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and extra linens.

Rest & Relaxation

I wanted a vacay after my birthday vacay where I could have time to myself to refocus. This charming cottage was as advertised. The only concern I had was a window pane was missing from the door, but it had a temporary fix. The only downside was I couldn’t have my shih tzu visit. But I understood the hosts reason. Overall I got exactly what I needed. Rest and relaxation. I would definitely rebook this cottage in the future. I enjoyed this neighborhood and space so much I’m considering relocating. I had an AMAZING experience. I will definitely return.

great location

This location was very convenient for all that we wanted to see and do in Memphis. It was quite roomy. The living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied. However, we were most disappointed when we arrived to see a piece of plywood covering a missing pane of glass in the exterior door. Further, there were multiple spots of peeling paint in the bathroom, and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. While every place has some oops and requires routine maintenance, these shortcomings were more aggravating given that the listing stated recently updated by a contractor.

Great location!

Was a great location on a quiet street, close to everything we wanted to see and do. This is actually a house split into three separate apartments; and people living/staying in other were not very noisy, but when you aren't used to it, it's very noticeable. Still much, much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel. I would stay here if ever in Memphis again.
