Our home is located on a quiet street, in a very safe neighborhood, the backyard faces a nature reserve and the cul-de-sac keeps traffic to a minimum. With a front office, you can get a few work emails in before you get out for some fun in the sun! There is a 2nd monitor to hook up your laptop and a WiFi printer for your convenience.
Gather together in the large entertainment spaces or sneak away for some alone time in the comfy reading nook! With 5 bedrooms; including two King size beds, one with an adjustable base. 2 queen beds, a twin size in the lower level, and a full futon in the game room there's enough space for everyone.
Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, Hot Tub, 2 Fireplaces, Craft & Game room, Wood Fire pit, Gas Fire table, Washer/Dryer and more! The 210 gallon salt water live reef aquarium is a tranquil backdrop for relaxing with friends over a couple of cocktails & cards! There is a main floor half bath & 3 luxurious bathrooms to get you looking and feeling your best in the morning. Some toiletries, Nexxus shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, a makeup mirror and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. The backyard has a sitting area patio next to the hot tub and waterproof underdeck with lights & a ceiling fan for those hot, sunny days or rainy nights listening to a good thunderstorm. We are still adding the serving area under the deck. While the large upper deck is perfect for grilled dinners watching the sunset. It has a table that can seat 8 in comfortable swivel chairs. After dinner, sit in the sofa by the fire table under the cafe string lights and enjoy a glass of wine, while the rest of the family heads to the firepit to make some Smores!
