Cute house, comfortable beds, clean and as advertised in pictures. Neighborhood was great, good location in town. Owners were good with communication. Also, fully stocked in the kitchen, which we didn’t need but that’s very helpful because most places are not.

Fantastic Tarleton Home Base

I stayed here with my daughter during a Tarleton University camp. The house was a perfect home base for our trip. Very clean home, great location and the hosts were outstanding.

This is a great place to stay. We came for a tour of Tarleton and the location is perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Quick trip for Tarleton basketball

We came to Stephenville with our son (TSU Alumni) to watch one of the last games in Wisdom gym. We decided to rent a VRBO instead of hotel. Boy are we glad we did! The house is cozy, clean, convenient. Brad was so accommodating to us. He even bought a crockpot when I asked if one was here. Quick response to any question that I had. I will definitely check here first for any future trips to Stephenville

Absolutely the Best!!

Can’t say enough about Bradley and Mel’s hospitality! The place is adorable, decorated nicely and spic and span. It felt like we were house keeping for friends for there is no stone unturned as far as the house being fully stocked with anything you could possibly need.

Visit TSU for Senior Ring Dunk

This was a quick trip to Stephenville to celebrate a Senior Ring Dunk. Check in was a breeze allowing us to quickly drop our bags and get to the event. Coming back to the house super late was great! Getting to sit around and laugh at the evening’s antics was perfect. Everyone having a super comfortable place to sleep was the best! This was a fantastic home and we truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and communicative as well. Top notch! Would definitely recommend this property.

Nightly stay for celebration of life

This property is very clean and everything was as expected. Brad's personal communication was great because I had issues with my VRBO app. Would definetinely stay here again. Also got a free breadfast at Lida's Bakery with the $10 discount.

Happy campers!

Lovely decor. Clean and equipped with laundry and dishwasher detergent. Owners so accommodating when we needed an extra night add on! Would recommend to everyone. Only minus - could be us! TV usage awkward

The Warmer Place was our first home purchase early in our marriage. When we bought it, the hardwood floors were covered with pink carpet. It has charm in spades, we love this house.

We love the front porch swing, the walking distance to TSU, and the ample parking space with the long driveway. Our property is also surrounded by some of Stephenvilles most iconic properties.
