The bedrooms and beds allowed for our large family to gather together. The seating in living room and basement family room was great! I wish there was more seating in the dining area, so more than 4 people could eat breakfast together. The pool, hot tub, and patio area allowed another hang out spot. I wish the display wasn’t broken, so the jets in the hot tub would be more powerful. Bathroom towels were abundant and use of washer and dryer was a bonus. The main floor primary bedroom allowed for my parents (In their late 70’s) to not have to do steps. It was a perfect place for them. The youngest of the group (my 6 year old niece) loved the huge bean bags and game area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious living areas to be together for our long ladies weekend! The pool was phenomenal! We loved spending the day floating on tubes and catching rays poolside while we visited along with lots of laughter!

Enjoyed the property. We had 15 guests and there was ample space for everyone. The pool is wonderful and the kids had an awesome time. I would definately rent this home again.

Very nice place that needs a little TLC. The hot tub had green water in it so it wasn't used. However, the swimming pool was excellent. The water was warm and it was clean and large enough for 5 families. The scrubs and bushes desperately needed some attention. It was very overgrown. There was no grill only a blackstone. The top was very rusted and the grease trap was overflowing so it was basically unusable. For sleeping 22 people it wasn't very well equipped with silverware, towels or a large table to seat several people. It did have plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Nice safe location with a golf cource right out the back door.

This was a paradise for our family of 16, ages 10-70. The house was spacious and very accommodating. The pool was the absolute and most awesome attraction. We would stay there again. The host was also prompt with any concerns we had.

Great family stay location -- fantastic resort like pool

We stayed here for our annual family vacation with 9 adults, and 5 kids (2 5, and 3 2 year olds). The kitchen was well equipped, which we used for more many family meals. The location was easy to get around and very private on the golf course setting.The host was always attentive to our questions, and check out process was a breeze. We would gladly stay here again.

We had 15 people (7 adults, 8 children between 1yo-9yo) stay for a family vacation. We went to the Omaha zoo for a day and spent our other 3 days just chilling at the house. Positives:• The pool and hot tub were fantastic• Living room areas were PERFECT for a family to gather and spend time together.• Area was great with a lot of close by amenities where we were able to grab groceries quickly.• Felt very safe. • Communication was quick and accurate.• Guy who cleaned/checked the pool daily was very kind, respectful.• Beds were all comfortable and there was enough bedding for each bed.• Plenty of extra blankets, which were nice and cozy.Negatives:• Not completely clean upon arrival. We found crumbs in the carpet, used Qtips in the bedroom, and we had to wash the interior of the fridge and pantry before using them.• Zero shade outside by the pool.• Definitely not enough eating space for 15 people (or 22, like advertised). There are 4 chairs up to a round table and 3 bar chairs up to the kitchen bar. We had brought an extra folding table but there weren’t any chairs (folding or otherwise) we could use.• Master bathroom bathtub was dirty. We avoided using this all together.• Minimal bath towel. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for 8 people upstairs (4 beds).• Minimal kitchen tools/bowls to cook for large group.Overall, we LOVED the house and would stay there again. We would just need to bring a lot more with us.

Plenty of space to sprawl

House was perfect for our family of 5 who likes to sprawl. Plenty of space for multiple families or friend groups. Located on hole 6 of Hammerhead course. Too cold to use pool this time of year, but looked like an awesome outdoor area to hang out. Very clean and includes many extras, like coffee pods, which made our travel even easier.

Amazing stay

We had a stay, the house is everything we had hoped for and the location is great. Plenty of room for our big family to spread out and not feel crowded. Lots of sleeping room and the beds are super comfy. Our host was very helpful and responsive, we already booked to come back this summer when we can use the pool

House was wonderful

We traveled in from Oklahoma to play in a softball tournament and booked this for our softball team. The girls had a great time, a little bummed that the pool heater was broke, but they made the best of it. If we return next year, we would book it again.

I’d recommend! Pool paradise!

The pool was better than I expected. It was great to have a nice large area that’s about 3.5 feet deep but also the deeper end with a diving board. We had wonderful weather and the pool plus backyard views and sunset were amazing! The house overall is very comfortable and accommodates lots for sleeping. There really are only 3 primary bedrooms, but 6 queen or king size beds. Plus all the additional mattresses for single bed/cots. The living rooms both up chairs and in the basement are great comfortable places to hang. Our group had space and we really enjoyed the weekend. I hope the host considers adding another fridge on the property, that would help for larger groups.

Anniversary and birthday

This house was very dirty upon arrival, toilets, bathtubs, fridge, hot tub, carpets, grill, furniture and also bed spreads had stains everywhere. I spent the first hour of my stay taking pictures of everything that was dirty so my family did not get blamed for it. Pool man showed up at 315, which was our check in time and took 2 hours to clean the pool, so we basically had to sit and watch, mind you we had several children with us. Upon contacting the host she offered us a free night after we had already left then proceeded to say we could not just stay for one night it was a minimum of 2 nights…very upsetting . I would not rent at this house again

Family get together for parents anniversary

For the most part everything was fine. Inside of home was a little rougher than the photos show. The refrigerator needs cleaned. Outside needs some attention, lots of weeds growing throughout the landscape areas around the pool deck. Lack of umbrellas for shade. The back yard/pool area is full sun. Would be nice to have some shade. The hot tub cover is broken. The Blackstone/gas grill was disgusting. You couldn't touch the thing without having grease everywhere. The area around the pool needs to be better maintained for the price you are paying.

We are a military family who found our "Home Sweet Home" in Omaha, NE. Lindy is retiring next year from the Army and Matt is a business owner. We decided to put our home on VRBO so we could share the fun experience with others and make a little extra money when Lindy retires. We have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. We hope you love our home and make some fun memories.

This home is in a great location. Safe and quiet neighborhood, easy access to the interstate and so much to do in and out of the home. Our L shaped pool is SO much fun for kids while the adults enjoy the hot tub. A full Peloton gym downstairs is ready for use.
