Forget your worries in this spacious and elegant space, nested in a quiet neighborhood yet 12 minutes from the strip. No expense has been spared and there is not enough space here to describe all the features, from premium bedding, electronic bidets, to a manicured backyard with natural grass and a variety of plants. It is a one level ranch style home with amazing views of the Spring Mountains. With large tables, multiple lounge areas, and an outdoor kitchen, it is perfect for groups and families alike to relax after a day of activities. And there is plenty of entertainment such as heated pool, hot spa, smart TVs, multi room music system, billiards, darts, foosball, basketball, mini golf, table games and ping pong. We provide exercise equipment, extra folding bed, extra air mattress, child high chair and full size crib.
Pool heating in winter season (November 15 to March 15) is optional for $100 activation + $45/day (charged for the entire stay). Th rest of the year the pool heating is included. The spa heating is also complementary all year round.

Beautiful home

Anton it was very accommodating for all of my families needs any question I had he answered them right away. The house is very beautiful and had everything that we could imagine to keep us occupied and having fun. I think one thing that could be improved on is having more instructions inside the home to know how to use certain things also the pool was very cold but it was still very nice. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Hi Alicia, thanks for the feedback, it really helps. Although we have instructions in the Welcome Guide (including how to heat the pool), we will have them printed as well. Also, now we starting to heat the pool a few days prior arrival.

Modest house not for small children

There is no pool Fence so don’t rent if you have small children. The water is not hot enough in the showers or hot tub. Perhaps the opener can set the temp higher on the water heater. Great pillows and mattresses.

Thanks for the review as your opinion matters a lot. The Pentair wireless controllers allows you to easily change the Spa temp to your taste, as described in the Welcome Guide.

Spring break family getaway.

Enjoyed our stay for a family getaway. We were traveling as a family of four and the house fit our needs. Unfortunately it was unexpectedly cold while we were there so we were not really able to utilize the pool but we’re able to use the spa a little bit. For larger groups this house is not actually a four bedroom and a three bathroom. Off the master is another room with a bed it in that would be great for little kids but you have to walk through the master to get to it. The third bathroom is a toilet sitting between a washer and dryer in the laundry room. For our group this was no big deal but could be an issue for larger groups of adults. Approximately to the strip is perfect and we had no trouble getting an Uber to take us back and forth. Lots of games for the kids and the pool table room was a fun place to hang out.

Pool and Hot Tub Issues

We booked this property solely because the heated pool and hot tub in late spring. The pool never reached anything close to a comfortable temperature. The Hot Tub would heat but took around 10 hours. The Hot Tub would then shut off and fill back up with cold pool water and the heating process would have to be restarted. Beds were comfortable. Pool table seems to be broken and will not level. House was fairly clean. Location is great. Trip was ruined being we solely booked to enjoy the hot tub over a couple of days and did not have a back up plan. Host did not offer to remedy the financial damages.

Justin only started to complain at the end of the stay, right after i asked him to bring down the late night loud music in the patio (he never accepted nor apologized there was loud music, even though the noise device was sending alarms). I explained that i cannot guarantee the pool to reach the desired temperature when the spa is being used most of the time, while the air temperature is in the 40s at night. Also, the spa is set to a 12 hour egg timer and it takes less than 2 hours (not 10 hours) to reach 102 F, as I can see in the Pentair app.

Beautiful home minutes from the Strip!

We had a wonderful time at this home. So many great things to do from the pool, ping pong, putt putt. We had such a fun time all while being 15 min from all that Las Vegas has to offer! Definitely will be back!

It is a one level ranch home with a huge kitchen, huge master bedroom, huge backyard and beautiful workmanship. There are no neighbours behind and to the side. There is only one house next to to it and there is plenty of space in between.

This property is built on a 1/2 acre land on a cul-de-sac. It is a very quiet neighbourhood. We will hear roosters calling, mockingbirds singing, and see neighbours riding their horses; and yet its only 14 minutes from the strip and the airport. It is a one level ranch style home with a games room, a basketball area, grass area, mini golf, a heated pool and a spa, along with an outdoor kitchen. It the perfect place for entertaining groups and family.
