The Space: You will adore the inviting feel in this fabulous space from the moment you enter in after a day of exploring. Step inside, hang up your coat, and get ready to relax in the homey living room, where you can’t help but kick back and relax thanks to a plush couch with two ottomans, a luxurious recliner, and a cozy reading chair. A beautiful stone fireplace, media console & flat-screen TV round out the space and make it easy to sit down and settle in for the night while you warm up by the fire or take in a favorite show or movie.
Just off of the living area, you will find a stately dining table, which can seat six and serves as a perfect bridge between the living room and kitchen. Here, you can dig into a meal, enjoy a snack, tackle a puzzle, or challenge your loved ones to a game while staying central to all of the fun. A convenient pass-through from the adjacent kitchen also makes for easy serving, if needed.
The charming kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double basin sink, generous cabinet space, and everything you need to whip up a favorite recipe. The pass-through connects you to the dining and living areas, allowing you to efficiently serve up your latest culinary creation or keep tabs on the action while you cook.
If you can’t get enough of the gorgeous alpine scenery that surrounds you here, step out onto the private balcony, which is located just off of the living room Bask in the refreshing mountain air or take in the tranquility of the pines - you can do it all in this lovely outdoor space.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and private balcony as well as two parking spaces in the parking lot named "Grandview." Please note that a parking pass is required to park and will be provided during your stay.
The Neighborhood: This home enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Breckenridge, allowing you to take advantage of all that this fabulous mountain town has to offer with ease. Walk 2 minutes down the road to the hairpin and ski the Four O'clock trail to the Snowflake lift and ski back to the same spot on the Four O'clock trail. Head 5 minutes to the West and find yourself at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort where you can hop on the Rip's Ride or 5 Chair ski lifts in no time. Drive 5 minutes to the East and find yourself on Breckenridge's historic Main Street, with its endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush-era mining town. Hit the hiking trail at nearby Snowflake Trailhead or go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone - a larger-than-life art sculpture made of natural materials.
Getting Around: Thanks to this home's close proximity to nearly all that Breckenridge has to offer, you can drive to just about anywhere in a matter of minutes. Five minutes from both Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street, you are also a 7-minute walk from the Gold Camp bus stop, where you can hop on a FREE Breck Free Ride bus and find yourself connected to the incredible public transit system that makes it an easy to explore this one-of-a-kind place, and across the street is the Nordic Center for you cross country skiers. In the summer you can walk 15 minutes into town, down the 4 O'clock trail. Don't miss the FREE Main Street Trolley, which is not only a convenient and charming way to tour Main Street, but also passes many of Breck's historic sites. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Amazing Location!
The condo location is awesome! We were able to walk less than 5 minutes to a ski run, walk approx. 5-7 minutes to a bus stop, and the drive to Main St. was approx. 5 minutes. The property management company was great to work with. Even though the condo was dated, we would stay at this property again because of the location.

Great value, a bit worn
This property is a great value: Lots of beds, excellent location, and a good rate. Five stars!
We did encounter a few random problems while there: one of the toilets was broken when we arrived, and the thermostats were initially inoperable; kudos to the management folks, who were responsive and on top of it very quickly.
The distance to the closest run is great, something like 70 yards down a road, and you ski down the run to the closest lift. No problem! Plus easy access to Breck, something like a five minute drive into town.
Inside the furniture is a bit worn: the sofa cushions are coming off the back, the recliner appears to be fixed at partial recline (which was happily comfortable!). And it was cold! I get that a) we’re from the South, and b) it was zero (literally) outside, but the apartment never got warm without running the fireplace all the time. I spoke with the mgmt company, and they said the boiler limits the heat from being turned up any more.
So…we would stay there again for the great price and location. We would also buy an inexpensive space heater, and be prepared to possibly deal with some minor issues.
