Whether you come to Breckenridge for the world-class skiing, the endless miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, or to experience the old-world charm of historic Main Street, this condo puts you right in the center of the action! Your group will love being walking distance of everything Breckenridge is famous for — and you’ll be a hero for booking this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight. Pine Ridge Incline Condo puts you just one block from downtown Breckenridge and at the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run so you can nearly ski right back to your condo. Hop on the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning or take the short stroll to the gondola. The complex features shared hot tubs, and you’ll also enjoy access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs!

Inside you’ll find a cozy living area with comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The bar separating the living area and the kitchen is a perfect place to congregate while you enjoy your favorite TV show or the morning snow report. Large sliding glass doors provide plenty of natural light and lead to the patio that has nice seating to enjoy the cool mountain air.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and everything you need to whip up a five-star meal for your family or group. There’s seating for four at the dining room table plus room for four more at the counter. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a ski locker so you can stash your gear before aprùs. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

Perfect mountain condo getaway

Great time in Breckenridge at this comfortable condo with a nice living room for hanging out and a well stocked kitchen. Short walk to Main Street, bike rental, and to hiking trails. Host was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay here again!

Breckenridge Getaway

We went to Breckenridge for a little Ski trip with our boys- 12, 14, and 16. We loved the condo and it’s location. It was easy to get to the lifts either by skiing or by bus. It was also a short walk into town. We would definitely would rent this condo again!

Quality Place

Posted 3/31 - this is a quality rental that is well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Easy walk to town, easy ski in, nice hot tub, Nice bathrooms, and beds were comfortable. Watch out - parking in the back by the unit has a steep hill, have a good 4 wheel drive or park further away. We enjoyed the rental.

I was not able to finish my stay this year, for external reasons well beyond Summit Mountain Rental's ability to fix, but they did help me deal with the reasons and make sure they would impact me as little as possible. Lest that sound ominous, I will add that I have been using SMR for years as my go-to rental agent when staying in Breckenridge, which I do every summer, and I plan to continue to do so. Before my first SMR stay some years ago, I had used other rental agencies for my Breck stays, and can testify that SMR is top of the heap.

Very nice stay - comfortable as advertised. Wasn’t really understanding that the condo was facing the street so traffic noise wasn’t factored in. Parking is 1st come, 1st served so learned to plan for that. Never found the outdoor pool but the weather was very agreeable. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend a summer vacay there

Great Location and unit!

Overall amazing place to stay in town! The unit is perfectly located across from the bus, also a quick 5-minute walk to snow flake lift. The other direction has downtown within a few minutes a well. The unit was a great layout for a group to hang out and relax. One note: if you are driving in and parking, make sure you have good tires and likely an all-wheel drive vehicle, the parking area is slanted and it iced over while we were there, we have to get towed out before leaving town.

Management company was fine, constant communication and follow up. no issues. unfortunately little flexibility to assist on an extra hour to check out. 10Am check out is too tight. property is good, only lacks storage space for travelers... rooms could have a dresser or more closet space. good linen, good kitchen equip, clean, plenty of games. bedroom with little privacy due to back window right on back entrance and parking lot. Good stay. convenient

Comfortable condo, excellent location

This condo was as advertised, very comfortable and well appointed. It couldn't have been more convenient, less than a five minute walk to the heart of Main Street. It's across the street from a shuttle stop that will take you to the Snowflake lift in two minutes (or you can hoof it uphill 10-15 minutes). And you can ski almost all the way out down Lower 4 O'Clock (within about 50 yards). The only real quibble is that the check in process could have been smoother - despite several texts/emails, it was not clear that we needed to go to the Summit office to get the keys and they did not provide a map of the 15-building complex to know where we were going. I've also not had another VRBO manager try to apply a surcharge for using a credit card for the final payment, which Summit did (they wanted ACH information for a bank transfer - yeah, no). So the condo is great in pretty much all ways, but Summit could have made this easier, but this was not a big deal in the end.
