Grand 5 bedroom and 5.5 bath house in a secure, quiet setting close to everything. This fabulous house is a wonderful open concept kitchen and living room is wonderful for visiting with your family and friends while in the Loveliest Village for the many attractions that bring us back! Sectional sofa is comfortable and great for watching highlights after the big win. Spacious porches and balconies are wonderful for getting out of the sun and enjoying each other's company. The back yard has 6 parking spaces and a lit grass courtyard that is beautiful. Sister house on College is connected through the backyard and perfect for large parties that need two houses.

Great location. Beautiful home with lots of space. Bedding and towels clean. Easy to check in / out and they had it ready early for us which was terrific since we had an early flight and a short stay!! Thank you! Would definitely rent again!

Nice house. Each room has en-suite bathroom which was great. Very poor communication from the owner. He never sent check-in code, until after we arrived and were locked out of the house for an hour. Teen son wanted to play with corn hole set in the backyard, but no beanbags were around.

Great spot close to Auburn

Had a quick golf trip to grand national with some friends. Property is exactly as listed and had everything we needed. 15 minutes to golf and a mile from downtown.

Moms weekend

Great house and great location! It was clean, stocked with essentials and plenty of parking. It was the perfect house for our group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of entertaining space. We will be back!

Perfect family place for graduation weekend

The home was ideally located just out of the craziness but close enough to get to everything within minutes. The backyard is a wonderful gathering place for playing games and relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

The Best House on Mimosa Ave

Five Moms were in town for Auburn Mom's weekend and we loved staying at this home. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room to entertain our daughters in the evening. The walk to campus was so easy with the walking path down College. I can't wait to stay there again for our Girls' weekend!

I am from New Orleans and came to Auburn University for school in 2000. I own a real estate company (Roots Real Estate Investment Development) and love downtown Auburn. We felt these houses in this location filled a great need of hosting larger parties but also being in a quiet, lovely setting that is 1 mile down College to Toomer's Corner.

Right down N College St just past the Historic District, this house is in a quiet area where you can enjoy yourselves without being disturbed by others. There is a high fence around the property so you have privacy and sense of security. Close to downtown Auburn and Auburn University campus.

Big house with 5 private bedrooms and bathrooms. Big porches, balconies, and big yards. Close to downtown and campus, but new. Really comfortable.
