We have 2 hot tubs! No other property in the NC Mountains offers Hot Tub seating for 14 people!

Welcome to the Blue Ridge Mountain Lodge in Banner Elk, NC, a secluded retreat immersed in a scenic mountain setting. We are conveniently located near Boone, Banner Elk, and Beech Mountain in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Amazing place!

Mike's place was awesome! We rented this house for a work trip that ended with recreation. The house was perfect for our crew. The parking was good for our work trucks, the game room was a big hit in the evenings, and the location was close to the slopes for ending the trip with fun. Highly recommend.

Our large friend/family group had the best time at the Lodge! It's not easy to find a place that can accomodate our combined 14 children and 5 adult couples so well. Best retreat location ever!

This is our second stay and we are hopeful to come back again! Mike went above and beyond to see us through all accommodation details, and the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Hot tubs were awesome. The fact that almost all the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms was fantastic. Nearly too many bedrooms to count. Easily slept 18 with little-to-no bed sharing. Great location for Sugar Mtn, very short drive.

Mike, our host, was super helpful and communicated well. The layout of the house worked realy well for our large family 20 including lots of littles. We loved how well stocked the home was which made us feel at home. The 2 highchairs, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 very large (beautiful) kitchen tables were super helpful! The back yard was cozy with the firepit. We didn't get to use the firepit because NC had a Burn Ban at the time but we made a s'mores bake instead and it was delicious. The host had left a nice welcome sign and s'mores gift basket. Such a sweet, personal touch! The tennis courts, tiny basketball court, swings and creek right across the road were a big hit! We had a great time!! Thanks!

We loved our stay in Banner Elk!

We loved our stay in Banner Elk! The house was large enough for our family of 23 with its 9 bedrooms each with its own bath and a separate half bath near the family rooms. This place was the only listing that had a kitchen with enough appliances and seating large enough for our entire family! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, including childproof dishes for the kids. There were two pack and plays and two high chairs. They provided great coffee and had several different coffee makers. There were supplies like extra paper towels and even spices. The hot tubs were clean and nice. They had towels throughout the house with extra hot tubs towels in the laundry room. The kids loved the game room and the infinity game table. They provided a basket for our family; the kids’ favorite was the great bubbles and wands! Above all of this, Mike is an EXCELLENT communicator. He replied quickly to all my questions and addressed any concerns immediately.

This was the absolute perfect house for our group of four families to celebrate together. We had adults, kids, and teens, and the layout could not have been better. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, and spend time together, while still allowing each family and individual to have their own private space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge bonus and made the stay incredibly comfortable.Our host, Mike, was wonderful! Communication and planning was easy and timely, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The kids had so much fun exploring the area, and the location itself was truly perfect for our trip. Our stay at this house was absolutely great! The house was clean and we were delighted to find it well-equipped with various game activities, which was a huge bonus. The bedrooms were also very pleasant and comfortable. We loved the size of the house with a bathroom for every bedroom, the different living rooms, and the game room. There was a little more wear and tear than the pictures showed and we had trouble with a few things not usable, including the hot tubs, but the owner was very responsive and even had a technician come work on them. There was some disappointment that the hot tubs didn’t work the whole time, but we still had a good time all being there together. The app with all the property information was nice to have available and I appreciated how communicative the owner was. We enjoyed hiking up the old ski hill behind the property to find the abandoned ski lift at the top as well. We would consider staying here again.

The place was huge and perfect for big groups. We loved the amount of parking available, the easy access to the neighborhood amenities, and the spacious rooms. The place could have been vacuumed better and the pull out couch beds did not seem to have been opened up & cleaned as we found tissues and crumbs upon opening the pull out. However, we quickly fixed that ourselves and had a great stay. Aside from that, the place was perfect and we would come back again!

If you are looking to stay around the Boone area and don’t select Mike’s spot, you are doing yourself and family a disservice. Heck, even if you are wanting to go to Miami, Florida… chose this spot instead. 2nd year in a row my friends and I have came here.

Very nice home with everything you need! All the cooking essentials, 2 living room, nice game room, large dining room tables to fit us all in one room was so nice! The fire pit was perfect for the chill evenings. The kids nook in one of the bedrooms was so cute and kept them entertained. Having double / washer dryers were nice as well. Loved it! Only recommendation is some new mattresses and on demand water heater. Other than that, it’s perfect! And we will most likely be back next year!!

Awesome house for our large family
