When you’re not at the lake, lounge on the peaceful back deck, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book. It also makes an idyllic setting for dinner. Grill and then dien alfresco together.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home is well furnished and equipped. Everything in Glen Arbor is within walking distance, and a beautiful Lake Michigan beach is right at the end of the street. It’s a great choice for a Sleeping Bear Dunes trip.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect location and had everything we needed. It’s a little bit dated, but it’s a vacation rental. There are a couple of “upgrades” we would recommend: A coat rack, hand towel rack by the sink in the bathroom. Overall, a nice, quiet place. Perfect for two couples.

Great location! 3 minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Home was clean and has plenty of room for a family or a getaway for two like we did. We would definitely come back!!

Mother’s Day trip

The house was perfect for our Mother’s Day trip. It was four girls and we slept comfortably. The house location was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in town! The beach was done the road as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - comfortable house

We could walk to the beach, walk to groceries and restaurants, and, it was perfectly quiet and private. It wasn't clear from property description that second full bathroom adjoined the upstairs/loft bedroom but it did! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and hope to return.

Very comfortable home

Dancing Bear was a very nice place to spend the weekend. Perfect for two couples. It was very clean. We spent alot of time playing cards and games at the kitchen table. The only negative was the gas fireplace didn't work. It would have been nice to be able to use it since it was a cold and rainy weekend.

This house was the perfect location for the things we wanted to do. It's close to the beach, Leland, and Traverse City. Great location for local shopping and dining. We loved the two king sized beds and sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals from Costco. The home is charming. Yes, there is some peeling paint and cosmetic updates needed, but if are looking for a comfortable, central location this is it.
