Nestled on a private stretch of Lake Champlain’s waterfront, The Lodge offers an unforgettable escape in the heart of the Adirondacks. With 140 feet of scenic shoreline and modern amenities, this 3,000-square-foot retreat combines rustic charm with comfort, making it perfect for large groups or intimate gatherings. While the lake front is great for fishing and kayak launching, swimming is not recommended because of the weed on the shoreline.

Unmatched lakefront experience-enjoy panoramic lake views through 100 windows that flood the space with natural light. Wake up to stunning sunrises, unwind with evening cocktails on the covered porch, and gaze at the moon’s reflection on the water.

Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations
Sleeps up to 12 guests in the Lodge; optional cabin rental for 2 additional guests ($99/night) brings capacity to 14.
Important Notes
The optional cabin rental is available to all guests and includes a newly renovated bathroom just steps away.

Well-equipped kitchen & large dining room for group meals.

Beautiful lake-front views and lake access, including gorgeous sunrises on the porch and on the benches in the yard. Ample room for a group, and plenty of fun on-site activities ( ping pong, pool, darts, corn hole, fire pit, kayaks/canoe, etc.). Walking distance to Crown Point historic forts and lighthouse. Quick drive into VT and to Ticonderoga. We enjoyed everything about our four-night stay!

We spent a week with our daughter, her husband, and four grandchildren 6, 8, 9, 12. Great game room and outdoor games. Great access to Crown Point Historic Park and Crown Point Campground playground - both by bicycle and by canoe!! We spent a lot of time there - especially in the ruins of the British fort.Kitchen well stocked and appliances perfect.Great layout of the house for three generations.Comfortable beds.More towels than one could use…. We truly loved our stay at this beautiful and spacious house! Every room was very clean and there were so many great touches that made us all thoroughly enjoy our stay. The game room with fridge, air hockey, pool table, and ping pong was one of our favorite rooms! The amount of tables and chairs on the porch was impressive also. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view, seeing the sunrise over the lake each morning was perfect. Super close to the historic forts and state parks. Michele was a great host with great communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, everything was absolutely perfect!

Very family oriented, super clean, and oh so relaxing. We did call the host as the internt wasn't working, only to find it was unplugged.Such a nice time, this property is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. My family had such an amazing time.There wasn't a dock, and that was stated prior to renting, however, there is a marina just over the bridge, which was very accommodating. If I'm ever back in this area, I would look for this place again. Love it!

Spacious doesn’t do the property justice. It is magnificent! It is well organized into various purposeful spaces. Beds were comfortable. Central AC and ceiling fans made it very comfortable on a 90 degree day. All appliances worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Private without feeling overly isolated. Spectacular view of the lake. Convenient distances to interesting sites. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year.

This is a beautiful property! It is very well kept and we had a lovely time. It is pet friendly to boot so our dog could join us! The access to the lake for boating is great. The proximity to the Lake Champlain Bridge means being able to do activities in both VT and NY. We look forward to another future trip!
